Dear Micromax Team
This is to inform you that I, Shanki Bansal had purchased a handset (Model Q7) on 22/08/2010 but it started giving battery problem in a couple of months and then i approached your service center Located in Guru Arjun Nagar Patel Nager Opposite Satyam Cineplex next to Sony Ericsson in November 2010.
The handset was returned to me after 15 days with the comments that it was O.K. and that it has been repaired. But instead of getting solved , the problem got aggravated and I found that the track ball was also not working properly.
Then I again appraoched the same service center in December,2010 and was the given assurance that it will be repaired again properly. However the problem with the trackball was solved but the battery problem remained the same.
Again I submitted the set on 8 Jan,2011 with Job Card No 973689 and was told that my set would be forwarded to the company. But till date I haven't got the set even after calling your service center so many times.
I also contacted your service center regarding this and they provided me the Complaint Number MMX[protected] ON 30 Jan 2011. I again called your service center on 05 Feb 2011 and they confirmed me that my Query has got closed and need to contact the service center for the set.
In the meantime Mr. Vivek Tiwari called me regarding this matter and asked me to explain the problem in detail and assured me that appropriate action will be taken. But after waiting for a couple of days there was no response from his side. I called him up again on his mobile and he told me that the query has been solved and the handset must have reached service center.
Today i called your officer Pawan Kaha in the morning on his mobile no [protected] and '' He said that he had some handsets and asked me to call him after half an hour, I replied '' Kindly update me immediately if possible because your phone is always busy" He talked to me in a dissaproving and rude manner when I told him that my set was with him since 4 months and he asked me to go and ask the company the reason for the delay. Listening to such a careless reply, i was astounded and told Mr. Pawan that I would be complaining against him for such a lackadasical response. However, he seemed least concerned and asked me to go forward with the complaint.
It is sad to say that employees like Mr. Pawan has lowered the service quality of Micromax, due to which your company is getting a bad name in the market. I assure you that if my problem is not solved immediately, I will approach the consumer court regarding my problem and will also flood all social neworking sites about your bad customer service.
I want an immediate solution to my problem and Mr Pawan to give me a written apology for his rude remarks.
But I am sorry to say that I haven't received any response from your side.
Moreover, I had again submitted the phone in the service center in April 2011, but when I got it back, it was still faulty.
If I dont get a response from your side within the next 24 hours. I regret to say that I'll be forced to register the complaint in the CONSUMER COURT. I expect my problem to be resolved immediately and my handset to be be replaced with a new one. Moreover,I want to be compensated for the agony I'm going through because of the rude and irresponsible manner of your staff.
