I bought a Micromax Q2+ product for Rs.2000/- but it is not working ok with gprs so that I can check email. It shows there no memory and other issues with non network and coverage and discconting.

I am also not able to use battery for more than few hours a day, even I do not call and received on this handset.

Pls. help and resolve my issue with my this purchase at one of your retail store, at Kalayan-W, opp. KDMC bldg., nr. Swami Mandir.

    My handset Micromax Q7 is under warranty and stopped working. The chap from service center (Dombivali, Mumbai) told me that they'll have to change the motherboard of handset. So on 26th og July I gave my phone at Dombivali Center sayin that I'll be informed about the status of the phone soon (Mr Amol - owner of the Dombivali center). From that day onwards I've not received any call from their showroom, so I called 2 3 times asking for the status and i was told the repair could take 3 months or more. I asked about their area manager - Dinesh ([protected]), when called he was not even talking properly and cut the phone and is not picking the phone. It's been more than 20 days and i regreat that I bought Micromax phones. .... the worst quality and service similar to government..........

      i was purchase micromax 560x cube at 26/07/2011.but battery backup is very poor from date of purchase .then i complained to my shopkeeper about my problems .he said to me that charge your mobile properly for 2-3days.but problems not solved. then he said to go our service center at prince communication at lalbag lucknow .then i was given my at service center on date 10/08/2011&job order was 9123 .service center return my mobile on date 18/08/2011at 6:00pm and said your problems is solved now .but problem still remains.now i think that it was manufacturing defects .so i request to replace my mobile . because your not solved my problem during 8days .thanking you

        my hadset is not working and its only three months since i have purchased it...the service centres are not listening to my complain...they took my cell and not yet returned after repairing it...they are not receiving my phone call also...its almost 10 days i am without my cell phone...i am fed up with this either you repair it or exchange it....i am not at all satisfied with your product...sorry to say this but i am not at all satisfied with your product...

        (1) I have purchase Micromax Mobile X510 dated[protected]Tony Mobile) G-3 City Plaza Shah Market Agra uttar pradesh this mobile already under warranty due to as per company rules but my mobile touch automatically not working on[protected] so i m going to the company service centre (Jainsons) 3 a Raghu Shopping Arcade M G Road Agra uttar pradesh.

        (2) As per service centre timing i call service centre regarding my hadset but service centre executive telling my handset drop in the water. so your handset is not under warranty repairing. so i m shoked my handset is working properly only touch screen not work at the time of drop the handset by service centre. at the time of drop my handset by service centre executive not confirm any type of problem so request you to please intervence of this matter and provide the solution and find the details of regarding this matter.

          i have never received high speed as it is mentioned speed upto 7.2 mbps.
          i always speed upto 120 kbps nd downloadng 8-9 kbps
          my all other frds r using d same modem nd dey getting hifh speed....

            I have purchased micromax q7 handset on 1st june 2011. i found network problem from first day. i have submitted the mobile in sai service centre, maninagar. on 24th june. I got back my mobile on 26th july and the problem was the same (not solved). After i have sent the mobile on 27th july for the same problem which has not been solved. I got my mobile back on 9th Aug but the another problem is created that the keypad is not working condition. the sai service center person did not reply they did not have any answer. they have told me to submit my mobile for keypad problem.
            kindly look in to this matter because after purchased my mobile i have never use it properly in two months and i lost my two months warranty also.

              HI, MY MICROMAX X282 WAS COMPLETELY WORTHLESS AFTER 3 MONTHS OF PURCHASE.

              THE MOBILE WILL NOT CHARGE AT ALL !! BATTERY IS BUSTED IN 3 MONTHS!!

              I TOOK IT AT THE LOCAL SERVICE CENTER. THEY TOLD ME THAT BATTERY FOR X282 IS NOT AVAILABLE AND THEY WILL ORDER THE PARTS .

              SINCE THE PAST 2 WEEKS I AM FOLLOWING UP UMPTEEN TIMES, AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE OR MESSAGE THAT PARTS HAS NOT ARRIVED YET.

              THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE SEEN FROM A CELLPHONE COMPANY IN DURGAPUR, W.B.

              I have given my mobile for service at Cell City Service Centre, Rajaji nagar, Bangalore - 560010 on 22nd October 2014. Job sheet number 12921445 dated[protected]. I still have not received my mobile. Today when I contacted the service centre they told that it will take another 10 days to rectify and give my mobile back. Why do they need 1 month to service a mobile??

              This is sloppy. You need to make sure your service centres function properly. Already there are very limited service centres and on top of this its really irritating to have these kind of issues.

              centre lalpur ranchi for repairment of
              the broken screen. After few weeks I
              got it repaired, costed me Rs 3500, but
              then i found out that the internet
              connection was not working as it used
              to work before. And also the screen
              started flickering, so again i submitted
              my tab. The employee of the service
              centre said it would take 1 month to be
              repaired because it was the
              ‘motherboard problem’. Its been 2
              months now. They never called. I tried
              calling them but the given number in
              the sheet doesnt work. They said to
              talk to the incharge. I called him many
              times, he never answers his phone and
              also he is hardly present in the service
              centre. Pathetic service. Luckly one day
              I met the manager, he said the tab
              could not be repaired and would be
              replaced in a few days. After few days i
              went back, now he is saying it is being
              repaired. I am fed up. I want my tab
              back or give my money back. Never

                dear sir
                sub: compliant for mobile hand set getting hot
                as i have purchased 2 pcs of micromax handset no X360 on 21/8/2010 and i have submitted with the same complaint on 27/4/2011 which was replaced on 17/7/2011 but the problem is not solved yet. the job card of the same is as follows: 1766502 dated 27/4/2011 and 2191738 dated 2/8/2011

                during the use of 2 or 3 minutes my handset is getting HOT and I am afraid there would be the fear of damaging my ears or more. As I have complained twice or thrice to the service center at Jmnagar city but I am not receiving the satisfactory reply.

                  I bought Micromax A60 Handset on 20/1/2011. After a month it started malfunctioning, first there was a charger problem then speaker problem, which took almost a month to get resolved through the service center in Mira road. After that the touch screen failed and being it in the warranty period upto 19/7/2011. I handed over the handset to support center at Mira road. Address

I visited there a several times and called the Micromax support center in Delhi but always told that i have no other option but to wait and how long i will have to cannot be precisely said, so i am very much anxious when i get my mobile handset back. They speak very arrogantly and in a non-supportive manner as if they don't give a dime. I have been deprived of my fundamental consumer rights and mentally embarrassed by the way they have handled the issue and as I talked to other customers facing other problems, they also have the same story. Micromax has a very poor support services to offer. in the wake of the aforesaid problem, I request you to kindly look into the matter and bestow me due justice.
                  For support of my saying, I attach hereby a copy of Handset deposit Receipt/ Job Receipt issued by the service center at Mira Road.

                    I purchased a Micromax mobile handset X-510 from "HUM TUM TELECOM, Jaipur (Rajasthan) bill no. 5776 dated 17/05/2011 an amount of Rs. 3000/- but after one month & 15 days handset was not working (Properly Power Switches off) so I traced out their service book which was provided by the company address & I went to service center BALAJI TELECOM, 53, Mansarovar Link Road, JDA Market, Near RIDHI SIDHI Chauraha, Jaipur on dated[protected]. They kept mobile for 15 days & Service Eng. give me Jobseet No. WO[protected], Request No. R1107FRAJ0129947 said me that your Mobile is DEAD & this handset go to Delhi for Repair. After 12 days I went to Micromax Service Center but BALAJI TELECOM is Colsed so I went to other nearly service center they told me that BALAJI TELECOM is parmanently Colsed so your Micromax Handset return after repairing & pick your mobile within 10 days from this Service Center so I back to my Home.
                    After 10 Days I went to Micromax Service Center Basement Near KOUTONS Showroom Meena ka Dhaba, Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur & I asked for my mobile X-510 to sitting person in service center but he say to me see list when I saw complent list of Balaji telecom my name was here. then he say to me you comeback after 5 days. I asked why? He told me that your handset not receive from Delhi & this is show to in panding list & your handset will repair this service center so I come back to my home listing this answer.
                    After 5 Days I went to Micromax Service Center but they told me that your handset will repaired in after seven days than I ask again why? there sitting person say me that your handset is not repaired & show in panding list & said me that come after 7 days.
                    After I made Senior Officer of this service center than they called off my Handset Micromax X-510 after seeing my handset they told me your mobile handset is not working & Dead.
                    So I Humbly request to you sir, that please get my Handset Micromax X-510 repaired Soon or it may be replaced by new handset so that I may not suffer. I am very disappointed with the company satisfaction please give me a suitable suggestion what I do ? other wise we will go to consumer court.

                      Subject : X505 have 2 MP Camera but actual lower quality then VGA Camera

                      I saw the advertise in internet site and I impressed the qualities of Micromax Phone X – 505 for their quality that 2 MP camera and other qualities. I was read their quality from the Internet and the Micromax website.

                      So I had purchase a Micromax Phone X – 505 phone from the local shop on July 17, 2011. I was surprised after purchase the phone that the Camera quality of that phone is very poor and look like lower than Normal VGA Camera.

                      I decided to visit for Micromax Service Centre and got address from customer service number for the complaint of Micromax, they provide me the address of Ramesh Nagar service station.


                      I reached the Ramesh Nagar Micromax Service centre at 04.30 PM. I found there are 2 peoples one is a female, I don’t know her name and one is a male, but he is not in customer service officer, so after 5 minutes a customer service office came from the cabin, and his name is Nitish Ranjan. I requested to female officer that I have a problem in my phone that X505 have very poor Camera Image quality she told me the male officer will check your problem. But the Nitish was busy with his phone with some body since 15 minutes and I was waiting. They are not giving us good customer service and more peoples were waiting.

                      After his call I told to Nitish that I have problem with my X505 and his camera quality is very poor looks like lower than VGA Camera. He checked my phone and reset all the setting and said the camera is correct and image is ok. I told him that the camera quality is very poor and image pixels are not cleared. He told me if you want to change the camera we will do it, but we don’t have the part right now.

                      I asked to how many days you will take for change the camera, he told me minimum 10 days or more, He said they will ordered the part after 30th of this month
                      I said, I can’t my phone more than 10 days and more, he was giving me the reply very rudely. I said after 30 when I will leave my phone for change the camera he told me again 10 days. I don’t want to leave my phone for 1 month, and said please take my complaint
                      And give me a reference# or complaint#, he refused me for take my complaint and said if you submit your phone then he will take the complaint and he didn’t take my complaint. We have the rights of giving us complaint if we not satisfied with any service of the company.

                      I said you can take my complaint only for that my phone’s camera has a problem only complaint and after part will come I will submit my phone he refused me very rudely and he was not taking my complaint very seriously. I was very surprise with his rude reply and he is not taking my complaint.

                      I asked for provide me the Ombudsman office number, email ID and contact person name, he gave me the number[protected] and I asked for contact person name he told me that the number is customer care number not Ombudsman office number and he said that they don’t have Ombudsman office and number he have only the customer service number and he was giving to me very rude reply.

                      I think every company has their Ombudsman Number and in the service customer service office have also, but I was surprise that he is refusing that he don’t have the Ombudsman number.

                      Please take the action and reply me over the email with in 10 days, other wise I will be submit a legal case to consumern court for that the Micromax don’t have the Ombudsman office and their poor quality of customer service and cheat case also.

                      I have a same problem. They have mentioned 2mp camera. But, quality is very bad. It is not even VGA camera as you have said. How theey can cheat thee customers. Unknowingly many people like me are buying theese phones. All o[censored]s must send theis information to all thee people and inform every one not to buy Micromax phone or any otheer products. Byword of mouthe, we should spread theis news. By mail we should send every family and friends members.

                      I bought Micromax mobile phone X291 just 4 monthes back at Saravana
                      Stores on 9the August (IMEI-[protected] &[protected]. Suddenly
                      phone went off and not getting "on". The service centre which is
                      closer to my house at Perambur did not take theis phone for service
                      saying, Saravana stores phones theey do not attend. Then, I gave thee
                      phone to service centre "Skyway Technologies" on 12the December and Job
                      sheet No.S[protected]. Initially theey tried to dodge saying, I
                      would have dropped thee phone etc., Finally theey had agreed to send it
                      to Bangalore to get it corrected/replaced. After theen, theere was no
                      response even after repeated reminders. Skyway technologies does not

                      such a poor service. Not updating thee status. By doing theis, theey may
                      try to prolong so theat, one year warranty also could be completed?.
                      There should be a law, thee service period, theey should not count thee
                      days in warranty. Let me see whetheer theey give back a new and good
                      phone to change my opinion about thee Micromax at least after seeing
                      theis complaint.

                        Gave my Micromax Canvas Pep (Q371) to service centre previous month .They created a job sheet and told me to come after 10 - 15 days. After 15 days they told me that problem could not be resolved so they have to send handset to Gurgaon .
                        Again they created a new job sheet "ABOVE MENTIONED " on 6/6/2016 and told me that within 21 days I can collect my handset.
                        After 21 days when I called them if I can collect my handset, they say that it will take 10-15 more days .
                        The excuse they are giving is that my handset has gone from 1st workshop at Gurgaon to 2nd workshop as 1st workshop could not repair my phone.
                        A silly excuse.
                        On top of that as if this this torture was not enough, when I checked the status of my jobsheet on your online site it says that it will take 21 days more to get my phone repaired.

                          This is to inform that I have purchased Micromax Canvas A1 with Android One on dated 22-Oct-2014 through Amazon online, but after four month a problem was observed in On/Off Switch. I have sent this mobile in the service centre at Lakhimpur kheri in the month of April 2015 they hold the phone for a week for repairing. After one week I have visited service centre again and they handover us the phone after repairing, but 2nd day the same problem repeated again then again I went to service centre at Lakhimpur kheri on dated 13-May-2015 and they deposited for repairing the phone. Now 23 days have been passed, but we did not get our phone till yet. They are not providing us the expected time, when I shall get my phone. This shows that service centre is not sincere to provide the handset in the specified time frame. Therefore you are requested to please look into it and arrange to replace/repair the phone on priority.

                            I have in a X510 PIKE mobile warranty period.And the touch screen is not working since one month. But the staffs of the service center( Smart Services, Cuttack) does not receives my complain and tells that you come after one month. So again i went to them after one month. And now they are telling that-we have no touch screen available so you adjust for some days. Therefore sir, you please tell me how one can adjust the phone when the touching effect is not working ?
                            I have also made contact with another service center named M/s 3S Enterprises,Bhubaneswar.And They are also telling to wait for one month.So please solve my problem as soon as possible otherwise my warranty period will expire.

                            MICROMAX X510 (pike) — touch stopped working

                            i bought micromax X510 model (pike) on 23rd feb 2011, and withinh 10-12 days , there was a touch malfunction.
                            its so strange , just within 2 weeks time, its touch function has been damaged. also, neither the phone was accidentally dropped nor was its touch function overused. i recommend people NOT to buy this model.

                              i had bought a new handset micromax X600 on 15 jan 2011
                              after 15 days it had a problem
                              when the menu button was touched phone got switched off
                              i wnt to service center and got it repaired.
                              after 5 months i.e, in june its touch didn't worked,then at service center they said that itstouch pad is broken you have to pay 1,190 to get it repaired

                              now this time it again has the problem of menu on and system switch off and they are denying to repair it.

                                I have a Micromax mobile X365,

                                in which keypad was not working. Unfortunately i have submitted it for repair to Dealer S.K. Enterprises, Last month on date 25-june having Job #[protected].

                                But despite of vigorous follow up no body is supporting.
                                Owner as well as employees are not even picking the phone.

                                I don’t have any exact status of my phone.
                                I am helpless & can’t purchase new phones every 2-3 months. My phone is still in warranty.

                                  i had purchased micromax mobile from univercell for 2008.00 rs of modelx 226+ with bill no 0857214. my sincere advice to all the viewers is not to purchase micromax mobile it is the waste mobile which i have ever seen in my life time it is so delicate that its display had been broken when i kept it in my jeans pocket along with key chain within one week of my purchase, so i approached the service centre at secunderabad where many customers are scoulding the service centre persons because they are not accepting their waranty they have said to me that display will not come in waranty so replace new display which they doesnt have for which we must give order and go for 900 rs i went outside and replaced for 300 rs,there are so many problems in that mobile like speaker does not work in outside places,automatic switch off, key buttons not working all this happened within one month of my purchase for which they says this is not in warranty. my humble request to all o[censored] is pls do not purchase micromax mobile in any way u can try any dabba phone..

                                    I have given the Handset to the service center of micromax in vashi for problem with the touch screen. They kept the handset and now it is informed to me that they don't have suitable spares with them. I contacted the customer cell for update on my complaints. Even they are not sure when the can give me my handset back. They are giving excuses and a time after 15 August 2011, that to they are not sure about it. In future any body want a handset don't ever go for handset of micromax, they are just interested in pre sales and sales not post sales service.

Now what should i do, if i will go again to service center again they will took 1 month and after that i cant imagine that there will b no issue of phone NOW ONLY I CAN SUGGEST NEVER GO WITH MICROMAX.

                                    I brought a micromax canvas juice A177 model before 6 months. It get
                                    faulty regularly. Sound problem, network problems caused frequently. So i given my mobile to repair in a authorized service center in my
                                    locality. they repaired it but from the next day the same problem
                                    arises. So i take my mobile back to service center. At first they told
                                    that the RF cable haven't fix well. It will be repaired within 5 minutes
                                    and take back. So i waited for 5 minutes and i asked the mobile but
                                    they they told me to come after 2 hours, after 2 hours again i gone there
                                    to brought my mobile but they again tell me wait for 4 hours. I know
                                    that something wrong thing is going on. I asked other service providers
                                    how much time it would take to repair the RF cable. they told me that it
                                    can repaired maximum of 10 min. I I tolerate all this things and i came
                                    on next day to brought my mobile. They give back my mobile its
                                    repaired. But on that time also there is a problem on network access. I
                                    asked then why this occurs they replayed it will fine while using. so i
                                    take my mobile and gone. But with in 2 hours my mobile get switch off it
                                    haven't start again. I again take my mobile to service center they
                                    checked and told me that software and hardware dead. It should be send
                                    to micromax company for further repair and it would take 50 days. But
                                    the micromax guarantee policy time for repair is only 30 days. But they
                                    are extending extra 20 days.They give me the job sheet. but its ordinary
                                    job sheet. Its not the authorized job sheet given by micromax
                                    authorized service center. At first i don't know this is the duplicate
                                    job sheet. So i return back to home. After 40 days i called to the
                                    micromax service center for knowing the status of my mobile. They told
                                    me that the job sheet number does not exists and expired. So i
                                    immediately contacted the authorized service center but they told me
                                    that it is still in company. I called back to micromax service center for asking about the status. but they told me to ask in their authorized service center. I asked in authorized center
                                    but they are not responding well and i understand they are trying to
                                    hidden something. After 5 days they told me that the mobile is returned
                                    without repaired. I asked the problem but they haven't answered my
                                    questions. If i go to there service center they will go inside the
                                    repair section or talk with someone.They haven't talk with me. Then i
                                    complained in micromax service provider and they filled a complaint.
                                    After my complaint they give me the authorized job sheet in the name of
                                    gayathri they haven't use my name. the micromax company gave 10 days to
                                    provide me the solution for my job sheet and complaint. Iseen the reply
                                    letter from micromax company that the RF cable is missing in my mobile.
                                    From this i came to know that the authorized service center removed my
                                    cable and they are cheating. From escaping from this problem authorized
                                    service center cancelled my existing job sheet complanit. and
                                    registered the new one. So again i called the micromax customer care
                                    they replayed that they cant do anything. the existing job sheet is
                                    cancelled. This authorized micromax service center is cheating
                                    many people By supplying duplicate and damaged mobiles to the customers.
                                    please take necessary steps against the authorized service

                                      Dear Readers,

                                      My Name Is Rohan, and i bought a Micromax X560 , No Doubt the phone is good, but it had a problem since the time i Purchased it, The shop i purchased it from directed me to the service center in mira road.

                                      Address: Shop NO.43, Geeta Arcade Building Opp. St. Joseph Church, Sheetal Nagar, Mira Road (E).
                                      Note: the Service center Address keeps on changing, it is shifted to Shanti Shopping center now.

                                      Case no. or Jobsheet no : W[protected].
                                      Issues: Vibrator issue, Camera Issue : Module not ready and internal Memory Issue : Does not detect the phone memory(Due to which all the Contacts gets deleted) .

                                      Shailesh (Micromax Center head) Said it will take around 20 to 25 Days for the problem to be resolved since we have to send the hand set to delhi(head office) and we will give u a call back once we have the handset.

                                      There was no revert even after 30 Days i had to follow up where in the no was not valid, i went to the Service Center in mira road and it was relocated, they then said that it will take some time , i waited for around 45 Days and the hand set was back, I checked with the hand set,

                                      THE INTERNAL MEMORY ISSUE WAS RESOLVED " BUT THE CAMERA MODULE AND THE VIBRATOR ISSUE WAS AS IT WAS"

                                      I used the phone not more than 50 Days and had ask for the replacement, but they denied stating that they will replace the main board of the hand set,

                                      BUT THEY ONLY REPLACED THE IC OR THE CHIP ON IT AND GAVE IT BACK AFTER 45 DAYS"

                                      Now they said that they will send it back to delhi(head office) for the same issue and on urgent basis and
                                      resolve the issue ASAP, But still it will take around 15 to 20 Days.......

                                      (Note : if needed i can upload the Scanned copy of the Case Paper for this issue).


                                      Please let me know how can I take this Case so that the Micromax Service can improve ..

                                        Please dont buy any of the Micromax phone cause I had a Micromax X560 JAVA Phone,
                                        It is supposed to support JAVA application< But within a months time it started giving error.
                                        Its
                                        internal memory which is around 45 MB used to get corrupted and used to delete the entire partition, as in it used to show only the memory card,Due to this i was not able to send SMSes as well,
                                        The camera which is 2 MP was good but then it used to display negative images as well as it used to flicker when the camera was in its normal functional mode, HAD FACED MANY ISSUES WITH THESE MICROMAX PHONES.
                                        I would Rather suggest u to buy micromax phones at your own risk.

                                        After facing so many issue i had to travel around 15 KM for the micromax Service center,
                                        They checked the phone since there was a vibrator issue they fixed it stating that the vibrator was kinda lose.
                                        Second time I went to the service center since my internal memory was having and issue and they were not able to reinstall the OS of the phone , Now they are saying that they need to send this phone to the regional office, N that’s in Delhi so it will take 45 Days
                                        I was BUGGED I told them and even have a proper bill for the purchase of the phone so I need a replacement but they refused , ITS BEEN ONLY 35 DAY SINCE I BOUGHT THE PHONE.

                                        BOTTOM LINE : MICROMAX SERVICE SUCKS…..

                                        Please do not Buy any “MICROMAX PHONE” it will be a waist of “MONEY AND TIME”
