[Resolved]  Micromax — Bad service and attitude of micromax service centre engineers in gurgaon service centre

Res Sir,
I just want to inform you that, i puchased a micromax G4 mobile on dated 13/02/2011 from Gurgaon. after using approx two months my cell phone got dead. i visited micromax service centre on dated 13/02/2011 and submit my phone to service centre along with original bill, before received, my phone checked by your micromax mobile engineer, is there any kind of damage & water damage or not. he open the mobile and check each and every part of mobile and after checking he provide me a customer job card[protected] and says we will infom you after 3 days if repaireble in service centre other wise your cell phone send to be company and will be back after 25 days.

after approx 10 days there was no any response from them so i called the service centre, 1st days he says due to power cut we are not able to get status of you phone.
2nd days he says our server is down we are not able to monitor your mobile status. i told him when you have any information about my phone please inform me. but they didn't call me.
at last i called on 1st june 2011 after pick the call he put me on hold for a long time and then disconnect the phone. i called him again but same, disconnect the phone.

i called him once again then she told me your phone has been repaired please come here to collect it.
when he submit the mobile phone was dead he charge the bettery and start the phone but display was missing and phone is working. he again open phone and after checking he shout at me and say there is an liquied problem we will not repair your phone.
he is going to slap me but another person stop him. without any reasion.
after that he say, take your phone we will not repair your phone. i told him sir when i submit the phone there was not any kind of liquied damage then how can you says that we will not repaire your phone and you have already repair my half phone (phone is working but dispaly not working).

i told him i have proof that when i submit the phone to you there was not any damage mention in customer job card.
he throw the job card from my side and says YE LE JOB CARD KARLE JO KARNA HAI.


now sir please tell me what to do please help me.

please help me last one month i called the service centre in daily basis but they have only one answer WE WILL TELL YOU TOMMORROW
I had similar experience of bad service. I find that there is manufacturing defect or else quality has been compromised. My expereince with LG and Nokia servicers is very satisfactory
