I have purchased Micromax A89 Ninja mobile on 20th Feb 2013. Within 20 days it stops charging, I have submitted my mobile to Micromax Service Center in Ambala M/S Kapoor Mobile Repair on 23rd March 2013 with Job sheet No. N[protected]. He told me that the software of the mobile is corrupted and he said that he has reinstalled the software and now your mobile will work fine. Next day same problem again persist, then I have submitted my mobile to M/S Abacus Systems Manimajra with job sheet no. N[protected], they told me that there is problem in mobile charging Jack and after 1 week I got message that my mobile is repaired, they told me that they have replaced the charging jack of the mobile. Again charging problem starts after 1 day, then again I submitted my mobile to SLR-AKS Telecom on[protected] with Job Sheet No. N[protected], they told me that the problem is in my battery and after 1 week I got message that my mobile is repaired. They told me that they have replaced the battery and now the mobile will work fine. After 1 day same problem occurs. I am fed up of your services and your service centers. I have to commute from Ambala to Chandigarh for the service of my mobile. So, I want refund of my money against the faulty product. If it does not happen I will approach Consumer Court with all the above mentioned details for mental and financial harassment.
