It is very hard to say that though there are lot of complints about MIMOBITV cheating people on the net, still it is continuing. I am a BSNL prepaid customer and my mobile no. is [protected]. From past Jan 2012 I am receiving a SMS from MIMOBITV saying "THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING ALL CHANNELS/WEEKRS.40/WEEK". On checking my BSNL account a sum of Rs 40/- has been deducted.
Though I have not subscribed for this service, they are blindly subscribing themself and deducting the amount from my account. After going through compliants in the net I found I am not the only one like this. They are chating and playing with people.
I also unsubsribed as per their SMS but still this is going on and on. Every week starting from Jan 8th 2012, Rs. 40 is getting deducted from my account till today.
I request the respective authority members to take serious action against them and block such SMSs so that they will no more cheat people.
I also want MIMOBITV to refund the deducted amount back to my account immediately. I am very much frustrated with this and hence I am raising my concerns here. If this is not getting addressed, I will go to the next levels. Was this information helpful? |
