Rickshaw No. MH04 CW 8783 created a lot of rukus yesterday at Mira Road by overcharging. Normal fare is Rs. 15/- from Snehanjali (Sheetal Nagar) to Poonam Sagar. He charged Rs. 20/-. We have this problem everyday. It was reported that meters have started yet they don't ply their meters and charge exhorbitant charges. A distance of less than kilometer from Poonam Sagar to Station is charged Rs. 15/- and Rs. 20/-. We are their mercy and if we say something they abuse, give dirty badwords and are ready to fight. Please take action against the above Rickshawala and see that this problem is solved.

Rikshwas are a biggest problem in miraroad, Governmnet really has to work on this immedietly, yesterday i was waiting for an hour but no rikshwas for sanghvi nagar, also There a old lady with a pregnent women and a litte 5 yr old grils was waiting for rikshwa from 1 hour
i got a rikshwa and asked the pregent Lady to sit first, the family went ahead but again Near Ajit Palace he asked them to get down because (no gas) in rikshwas and I saw same Rikshwa wala took a U Turn and he was coming back to the Rikshwa Stand
i alos tried to approched 2 COPS who were standing there but they Ignored

Please raise your voice against the refusal, excess fare -not charging as per the RTO fare chart, rude behaviour or any other complaint at the Toll Free no.[protected]. Also do the follow up of your complaints.Speak up for your rights, do not let Rickshawalas take you for a ride.

I strongly agree. Rickshaw is extremely frustrating problem in Mira road. They charge what they want. They stand in Rickshaw queue but will only go where they would like to go. Situation is worst at Dahisar Check Naka Rickshaw stand. 80% of the rickshaw will not stand in queue and just make the area crowded and near the queue. This happens all in front on RTO Chowki. This is really high time for RTO to take some action.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS TOUGH FOR RTO FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO MANDATE METER USAGE.

I would like to invite Transport Commissioner, Maharashtra State, to visit Dahisar Check naka Rickshaw stand once. He will need no further explanation.
