Dear Sir/Madam,
This is a complaint regarding the overpriced restaurant situated in Saket called Misthan Cafe. This has been operating for the last 2-3 years in Saket, and have been continuous increasing their product prices since they started operating. For example, if we only talk about buying a roti, a small tandoori roti will cost you 15 Rs plus taxes and 1 butter naan with taxes 34 Rs, that too made so inferior quality. Also, products like Dosa cost you 60 Rs plus taxes, 70 Rs. These prices goes out of budget but still people are buying the overpriced, low quality products since they have their another unit in Khanpur wherein they in the morning get all the necessary materials to be filled in the shops like sweets, and other raw materials for the day to be used in Misthan Cafe, Saket. Can the authority put a hold on their activities, so that they do not inflate prices in the area as compared to other restraurants and good restrobars. Also, they have other items which they are on display outside the shop which can create health hazards. Lastly, I just want to ask the concerned authority does it take 34 including Raw material, making cost to allow them to sell in the market. These guys are for no reason overcharging people on every item they sell and nobody is there to keep on check on them.
