I have got an mms from airtelworld.com/mms with a password but i am unable to access the message and i even contacted the callcentre but there is no proper solution from thereside. As its a very imp mms can somebody help me to access it

i have more problems with your network and the message offers are waste in this network compared to idea, vodafone so need to use the idea network please improve the message offers and provide the unlimited message offer

I am a post paid customer of your company bearing Mobile No: [protected] SIM No:
[protected], Type: 64k Post paid. I have taken this number some twenty days back and with a span of 20 days my sim has been blocked four times without any prior information for no reason.
Reason mentioned by customer care is that there are three outstanding number due in my name with the same billing address, which infect doesn't belongs to me.
It has been escalated by me and addressed three time by customer care and infect I went to your nearest outlet in CITY center for the same reason and assured by the customer care executive that is not going to be repeated.
Infect I am an airtel customer for last 8 years in different reason, I never had any kind
Of issue as far as customer care service is concerned.
I am so fad up by the kind of service provided by your customer care in Salt Lake City reseaon, Kolkata that it’s giving a bad reputation as a leading Mobile operator is concerned.
Please do the needful or I will think of some alternative solution as I am suffering like anything.
