[Resolved]  Mmts — Trouble while boarding and getting down the train

Hello Team,

I am a regular traveller in MMTS to and fro Hitech-city, Since 1 month i am not seeing the trains coming on time, because of this the number of passengers are increasing drastically and not able to board the train on time. Most of them are in a hurry to reach the destination on time, but due to delays passengers are facing lot many problems.

One more important point i want to discuss is in ladies Compartment most of them will be staying at the door entrance and some of them will sit down, which is leading to lot many problems, even if we ask them to get up or move inside many of them will ignore our words or will start arguing, because today one lady was fell down while the train is running because of these people also we are not able to board or get down from the train within the 30 sec time.

Also if you can make some changes that in a compartment, make 1 entrance for getting in and 1 entrance for exit because of which, people may not collide with the exit passengers.

We are looking for a safe travel with MMTS and a solution for the above problems.
