Mohamed Khaleel — Railway general tickets not issued in time

Hi Sir,

On 1st May 2010 In Bangalore city station The tickets are not issued in time. usually the counters will be opened on 4:30 am in the morning but on that day the counters opened on 6:00 am in the morning due to this negligency by railway department so many passengers travelling in the route of Mysore, Channai, Hubli and Shimoga miss the tains and some passangers travelled without ticket.

If they are not able to perform there duties in time why not they can issue general tickets through online or through travel agents.

Please take neccessary action on the same.
