I would like to present the following few lines for your kind consideration and necessary legitimate action.
I am a trustworthy customer of Montex Pen Company. I lovingly and securely purchased a click Montex Merlyn Metal Jotter Ball Point Pen( Pkd.date 08/2007) on[protected] at a cost of Rs-35-00 at Laxminarasimha General Stores, Kurnool Road, Wanaparthy,Mahabubnagar Dist. Andhra Pradesh (Rupees thirty five only) . But the problem is that the pen has lost its mechanical click operation function causing trouble during writing. I cannot write conveniently and expediently with the pen. This is the absolute breach of the confidence of the customer. So I requesed them to replace that pen with new one so as to confer justice to me. In this connection I firmly and swiftly asked them to deliver necessary instructions to the shop keeper to take steps to substitute the faulty (imperfect) pen with new one or send the pen to the above given address through courier. There should be a concerted and determined effort to deliver justice to the faithful customer. I once again gravely ask you to take correct and suitable decision to deliver the article to me at an early date without undue and excessive delay.

It is a well acknowledged fact that delighted customers often turns into promoters and bring in new customers. Consistently providing best customer experiences is therefore always an excellent means to expand your strong and well-built customer base.
