on 13th jan 2010 i went to the "more" (nallasopara west branch)as usual,along with other products i purchased 3 coconuts which was priced at 7.66rs each with an "offer" of "buy two get 1 free".
after billing i was shocked to check that i was charged 22.98rs ,i asked the staff to please rectify it.
to my surprise i was waiting for any staff or manager attending me for 25mins.later a staff came to me and told that i should go to the managers office where i saw 4 guys sitting i entered they very rudely asked me "what is the problem"(mr.sanjay tiwari).
after he forwarded the call to mr.sayyed(long hair guy)..he told me that i am confused with the pricing .
i asked him for the refund and i dont need the coconut.......he denied.
i hope you guys might take neccessary action

More for you — Did not give the comodity
I purchased a himani cool poweder (besides other stuff) from More for you, Sector-7, Shivasankar plaza, Airoli 400708. While putting the stuff in the bag, they did not put this powder in the bag. It was near store closing time. When we opened the stuffed other day and did not find the poweder, we complained to the store. Their reasons:- it must be on home :-) search. --> not sure why they do not understand that we have done that and hence complaining.
- it must have fallen :-) from bag --> They forgot there were no hole in the bags and if at all, the smaller stuffs definitely would have fallen.
- you should have complained immediately -- alas! we trusted, and we did not open the bag and checked that they may do something like this! so definitely we would have called and asked them to open the store so that they can register teh complain.
This kind of service will create mistrust only.
