[Resolved]  MORF India Ltd/Verbal RO Machine — Bad Service

Service call booked with the company on February 20.2010 has still not attended to inspite of several follow-up calls and reminders.

Would advise anybody planning to buy this product not to waste their money as the service of this company is extremely pathetic.

Hello Krishnan,

I have an issue with the RO which I bought on Dec 2010.
I have called them on the above mobile number[protected]
and registered my complaint on Tuesday 31 May 2011 But till now no one has turned back. Am following with them daily and just they repeat the same answer today engineer will come. I really got frustrated with the servioce support you are providing.
My coplaint rigstration number is c173 which was provided today only.

Mr. Krishnan I have an Aqua Guard and planing to throw that in their office. thought of buying Morf... but the feed back seem disturbing... the reason we want to shift is service... and i see that Mr. senthil's complaint of 31st may is not addressed till 4th june!!...

Since you had addressed our Regional Sales Manager specifically, I also take the liberty of assuming that you had gone through his reply to one of our customers (Mr.Gunasingam). That reply has clear details about our escalation mechanism. If you had sent a mail to one of those email ids, it would have helped us address your service requirements immediately.

The escalation mechanism has been put in place to ensure that our customers do not suffer delayed service even if there is a lapse at the field level. Unfortunately, you have chosen to post your comments on a public website.

I stay in Bangalore and thought of buying Morf instead of Aquaguard purely because of its service. but the above posts seem i need to rethink again... ..

Mr. Senior Manager... First and foremost, create a proper grievance redressal system within your organization and be reachable to your customers. No one wants to sabotage you. But no one will keep quiet if your staff take the customers for granted after taking money and making promises. You need to be responsive as well as technically good to maintain a good image in the market.
