motor vehicles — licenses lautner

I transfered my scooty from Lucknow to Barasat and obtained NOC from RTA LUCKNOW.
I visited RTA office BARASAT several times to register my scooty in WEST BENGAL..
As per instruction from the office I submitted the papers to agent outside the office..after one and half year they returned all the documents stating that registration at BARASAT is held up for the time being due to some internal problem.
Can anyone suggest me how to register my scooty to BARASAT and to whom I should meet??

I've applied for LMV learner licence during the month of September, 2012 and finally after a long waiting during the month of November, 2012 they have given me the date for Learner test at Barasat RTO Office.
But till date they have not issued my learner licence and the NEW TOWN DRIVING SCHOOL of Rajarhat, where from I had taken the training is also not cooperating with us. Driving school blaming RTI Barasat, and saying that the Barasat RTI is not issuing any Driving licence for a long time. Please help me to get the Licence as early as possible. Thanking You.

Hi ALl,

I think barasat is ridiculous place for doing any job like this.We all are doing our job except they are.And now body concern about dis disgusting incident which is happening everyday and with almost everybody.I have already applied for learner licence once month ego.But there are still now getting any single news by the agent.

DO know what to do and to whom I can contact with.
