[Resolved]  MRF Tyres — Replacement warranty

I had bought Alto k10 in Nov-2014 from Moga with tyres fitted having MRF COMPANY. The car was driven only 5200 kms but on 25.08.2015 The left rear tyre of car burst with a loud sound on the road. I lodge a comlaint to the local dealers of Moga city. They send the tyre to ludhiana city for inspection. I recieved the Message of registering complaint on 31.08.2015. On 01.09.2015, i recieved a message of inability to accept compaint no.[protected] sl no. [protected]) as claim as no manufacturing defect found.
Your goodness is obliged to compensate me & replace my tyre please

I purchased my new swift Vdi on 16th June 2015. Today I.e, 5th July while going to office my rear right tyre got brust. There was nothing which has done to my car like filling the air or the weight of the car nor so as I am the only person sitting in the car.

My car had driven 17000 km and only one year old car. How can my car tyre brust. I looking to hire one advocate to file a case against this issue.

Just wanted to know whether Mrf has any solution for this issue.

Hi Team,

I had bought 3 MRF tyres from Modi Hyundai service centre in Bhandup, Mumbai which on my request (I trusted MRF only) the service centre purchased it from MRF dealer in July 2017 and it was hardly 6 months and my 2 tyres had faults like 1 tyre had value leakage and other tyre had 2 punctures.I am a lady driver so as soon as the person told there was puncture he asked me should i repair it i told yes please fix the puncture.i reported this to Modi Hyundai service centre and they gave ‭me contact number of a guy called Mukesh(‭+[protected]‬).I kept calling him each time explaining my issue and he kept saying "we will do" but never did he take ownership and solved my problem. So i kept getting in touch with Modi Hyundai service centre and they called me multiple times to take photos of the tyre and send them to Mukesh.I went to the service centre so they can take some action but they did noting.Today i went to service centre and they told we will go to Super tyre store in mulund west, there they told me to go another centre which is on LB S marg mulund west and they took the punctured tyre and told there is no air leakage and.This is pathetic that a genuine company like MRF has such cheating dealers. Eventually i am at loss of 10000 rupees and making multiple rounds just to hear that we cannot fix this issue. i have totally lost trust in MRF and i wont prefer neither suggest anyone to buy MRF tyres.The tyres was going flat each week so i had to fill in air each week, spotting this as problem i asked the servicing guy to check the problem and he identified there were 2 puncture.Tell me as a lady driver am i supposed to wait for MRF supprot to come and fix the problem or i will get it fixed.Common people have some basic sense in a country like india u want a girl to wait for MRF support guys to come and fix the issue and i will keep waiting in dark place so u can come when u will be free.

I am totally dissatisfied and i will take this to consumer court and social media.

I am Rajesh from Chennai, I bought new Bajaj V15 (shakthi Bajaj) in 2016 May which is coming with MRF tyre, its been almost 2 years, currently my rare Tyre got bulged in one particular area, I checked with Bajaj showroom they said, tyre can be covered only for 1 year, As per your website for problem like manufacturing defect you will be covering it for 3 years, Please help me on this by issue by replacing me with new Tyre since its purely manufacturing defect.

My Zone Estilo car has run 24000 kms. Suddenly all four tubeless tyres have bulged at one point, $ ribs are perfect without a single patch. This is manufacturing defects. At any time it may lead to accident. This needs immediate response.

I have brought the MRF tyres for my Scooter rear wheel. After using for 6 months I noticed tyre pressure getting gradually reducing. After verification with the Tyre dealer we found slight air leakage from Beading. I sent Tyre for warranty claim but it was rejected by the MRF person that no manufacturing defect observed. It was quite surprising for me that same MRF dealer technician found the air leakage then how come MRF person says no manufacturing defect observed??. When contacting MRF customer care no proper reply received. My recommendation don't buy MRF tyres they are cheating by providing 3 years warranty but nothing accepted. Do any one have answers for my problem.

I brought 2 MRF tyres from VIHARIS TYRES, Malleshwaram Bangalore -55. on 20/07/2017 and not even completed 20K kms and its started pealing. Looks like its rebuild tyre . not really happy with the MRF tyre. I selected MRF because its INDIAN made and want to support and promote our product if MRF is dealing with this kind of goods, I should thing before buying any product from MRF or Home made products for that matter.

Hope no one will have similar problem in future and MRF team will take this matter seriously.

Looking forward you support to get it replaced under warranty.
