I am Kishor Bhatia, I have visited India Oil Gas Connection dealership M/s Choudhary Malik Enterprise Opposite Jayanti Complex, Marahatal, Jabalpur, All document for new connection is ok ,he has sign on all document . but distributer forcefully forcing me to take gas Chula of India oil which is not as per current market trends, I don't like that, and i told him give me another ISI mark gas Chula as per my choice . or i will purchase from outside and submit you bill of the same. He is saying it is not possible you have to take this Chula. This is compulsory. Cost also so high as compare to market. He is giving 2 burner Chula @2100/- and 4 burner Chula @ 3800/- but anyone can purchase 2 burner ISI mark Chula from market @ 900/- you can see the difference and this should be of customer choice. Otherwise dealer should maintain the standard as per market trends at comparable cost.
I am submitting the one copy of the same to human right commission for quick action and issue resolution. Please consider the same as common public issue and take the quick action.
