M/s. Compex System, Jamnagar — Not responding after taking desktop for repair

Dear Sir,

I have purchased assembled desktop PC from M/s.Compex system, Jamnagar on dtd.6.6.2011 vide Invoice no.23. Mr.Ruchir Dave who is the owner of this shop has supplied this PC with warranty.
The mother board of the desktop is failed before two weeks & Mr.Ruchir Dave has taken the PC for reapir. Now, he is not responding at all for the status of repair.

Dear Sir,

I also have similar kind of problem.

Actually I had given him my laptop for repair last week & he agreed to return me within 2-3 Days.

Its almost a week now he is not picking up his cell nor he is responding.

I also messaged him as I desperately need my laptop due to my important data which I need to access.

It will be great if any one can help on this.
