Gentlemen: On behalf of and for the benefit of my old mother Mrs. Urmil Gupta, I had invested Rs.14000/- in an F.D. with M/S Lloyd Finance Ltd in Nov 1997 for a priod of two years. To my utter sorrow, the company has not cared to pay back the due money inspite of repeated requests. The following are the details of the investment: Certicate No: [protected]/1 Amount: Rs.14, 000/- Date of deposit: 29/11/1997 date of maturity: 30/11/1999 I had hoped that they would spare atleast the souldiers of the country. May I hope that would come to my rescue and help me in getting my due money back as early as possible so that I can use it for the purpose which I had in mind while investing the money. Alongwith my father Dr. M. P. Gupta, I had deposited Rs.14, 000/- in a fixed deposit with M/S Lloyd Finance Ltd as per the following details:

Non payment of FD maturity amount — Lloyd Finance Ltd Complaints - Non payment of FD maturity amount

Sir,
I, Sumana Koley had deposited an amount of Rs.50,000.00 as Fixed Deposit with M/s Lloyd Finance Ltd. The F D Receipt No. is C/[protected]/1 dated 24/01/1997. As per terms the maturity amount of Rs. 1,00,000.00 was payable on 24/12/2000, however, the company has not paid the same. After discharging, the deposit receipt was already sent to the Company. Please help.
