tHE CONCEPT OF m/S.sUBHIKSHA of India is very good.But just be a customer of their retail chain and experience the difference in what they claim by their ADD.
1)Delay in billing (about minimum 25 minutes) as their employees seems to be are not properly trained,
2)Billing counter will be shaken when you show your Credit card for payment,as if they don't know how to make credit card payment(Lack of training or Pay by cash mode preferrable).
3)Packaged itemas are look like are duplicate or very old stock.Though it is not true,again employees' concern. Was this information helpful? |
