[Resolved]  Mseb Jalna — Waste of Electricity Vs. Load Shedding

Address: Jalna, Maharashtra

On 20/9/2011, RP Road, Jalna, the street lights were on whole day. Its usually daily wasted. on the other hand, there is load shedding of couple hours in city and about a day in villages.
As a consumer of MSEB, I demand justification for such carelessness.
Attached is proof taken on 20/9/2011 @ 11am. Please help...
