Chennai Broadway to Madhavaram (38H) Usually the Last Bus is at 9.45pm, it would be better to extend the time at 10.15pm .lot of people are waiting this time to catch the bus to Moolakadai and then they catch the share auto to madhavaram. kindly do the needful.
Similar to Karthikeyan's incident, I've experienced many like that. Around 7:30 to 8, M1 buses will never stop at velachery bus stand. Instead they will stop far away from the stop and will make people run towards it every day. If questioned they didn't give proper reply.

I am Prabhakar, Working in CTS, Navalur, residing in Velachery-Chennai, since 2005. For the past two and half years, I am a daily passenger of our beloved MTC. As of my regular observation, I have come across certain things, which were helpful to people, if some remedy provided.
Happy news is Velachery is getting developed day by day. But, the Traffic also increasing in the same manner. As we have limited resources (like Roads and Public transport etc., ), proper planning of these definitely will improve the conditions much better than those of now.
30-40% of People, who are working in IT Highway (Rajiv Gandhi Salai), starting from Thoraipakkam to Siruseri are staying in the surroundings of Velachery. The way how they are travelling to office locations is they are coming to Vijayanagar Bus depot, travelling to SRP Tools, from there they are going to their respective office locations.
Due to this, from Vijayanagar to SRP Tools and from SRP Tools to Thoraipakkam, the MTC buses are crowded much more. Already the MTC services are fully loaded by people while coming to SRP Tools itself (from Broadway).
To avoid this heavy traffic and to increase public convenience, we can operate one or two MTC route buses through Vijayanagar to Navalur (or) Siruseri via Pallikaranai Road.

There is a sudden reduction of frequency of buses plying between saidapet and OMR - 19B, 519, M7.
Services has suddenly reduced which leaves the public in a great difficulty. Students and office goers suffer a lot unable to keep up the time to college/work. This is not applicable to morning hours alone. Throughout the day, the frequency has been reduced which has put us into trouble.
At least between 8 and 12, frequency can be made to 10 minutes, to cater to the huge crowd during the time period.
Note: We see Volvos plying often, which is not very affordable by all people "everyday".

I catch the bus from mogappair to thirumangalam... i gave 10rs to conductor for a ticket...buy 6rs ticket...conductor must give 4rs change to me...conductor ask 1rs.but i dont have ...atlast i ask the change to conductor.but he s not give proper response to me. he is giving the change for 50rs, 100rs for other customers but he s not having change for 4rs for me ...i explain to conductor but he is not respond properly... after that one passenger in bus gave 1rs for me to conductor for get that change 4rs ...please take necessary action about this complaint...i will believe u will take the action...irresponsible conductor will leads to customer irritation...

I am D.chithra residing at West saidapet, daily I travels through MTC Bus 18K from West saidapet terminus to vaanavil.The bus journey in the past 3 months I have been doing. During peak hours, the frequency of 18K is one bus every 10 minutes. But the bus never came right in time for a single day. Buses that will be delayed by three consecutive one that has something behind. Many times I have filed a complaint with a MTC complaint number. Able to contact only one number. The man, "I've complained, " tell that.I asked, "What's do the complaint, daily bus comes late, " he said traffic will be screaming like that. Then he said " where are you working" was like blackmailing.
I have working two part time jobs in a family environment. I waste too much time is the bus everyday.I am not so many people are affected for this bus.
Pls take this complaint and I expect necesary action from your end.
