Today (12/08/10) morning i took the AC Volvo bus (576) to Kanchipuram from Ramapuram (opposite to MIOT Hospital) by 6.50 a.m. Maximum i use to go by the volvo bus in the morning. It takes maximum of 1 hour 15 minutes to reach the destination. But, today the bus reached the terminus at 8.45 am (half an hour late). When i questioned to the Conductor and Driver. Their reply was very harsh and lethargic. Their reply was that the speed of the bus is been controlled by the department. It wont go faster and we can't do any thing. If you want to say something just go to our office and complaint. Only the organisation has to reply for your questions. They stopped the bus for having snacks at Sriperumbudur. I asked them regarding that. They said they stopped the bus since, they were hungry. Will they stop the (local) bus if the paseenger is hungry.
I asked the conductor and the driver's name. They said they won't tell. So i took the ticket's photo and the conductor from the back. The department has to take necessary action against this matter. The Bus number is TN O1 N 8692 and the depot number is ANI 2661 dated 12/08/10 at 6.50a.m at ramapuram & 8.45 at Kanchipuram.Mostly in AC bus people who travel is those who want speed, comfort, clean & timely journey. If this stage continue. The department will loose many regular passengers (like me).
So I hope the department will take necessary action against them.

TN 01 N-9564 but ticket cost is same no reduce if we ask conductor we can t do any thing worst service date is 13 th may 2016
