I, Raghwendra hari, residing in Delhi(Dwarka), having Broadband
plan of Rs. 599/- against land line no.[protected],
CA no. [protected]. I took the internet connection about one month back. Since then it hardly worked for about 7 days and thereafter it stopped working. In the beginning I ignored the issue presuming it to be a technical error but after waiting for 2-3 days I lodged a complaint in mtnl customer care vide complaint no. 64100569.
Unfortunately no action was taken by mtnl against the 1st complaint. Then I again made another complaint[protected] after few days. And the same thing seemed to happen again no one turned up to resolve the issue. Then the 3rd complaint was made vide complaint no. 64100266 and as usual no response from their side. Finally frustrated with their system of working, I made a visit to the MTNL telephone exchange, dabri mor, new delhi. They sympathised saying that your issue will be resolved to the earliest. And no wonder again no visited neither anyone bothered to take a note of the same. I had to make 2nd visit to the exchange and this time I was shocked to hear their reply. The gentleman sitting there said " bas aise hi hota hai yahan pe..yahi halat hai yahan ki aur aapko aise hi dikkaton ka samna karna padega"..!!, the typical government official reply.
Now its been almost 20 days since my internet is not working but MTNL makes no mistake in sending the bill for something that they are not ready to provide service for.
Please help me sort out this problem as soon as possible.

This problem is recurring one from the last 3 months. May be due to faulty modem and the wire being old and not being replaced despite repeated requested. I am constrained to get the connection disconnected and seek the refund of the already deposited bills. There is no access to broadband.
