[Resolved]  MTNL Delhi — complaint about broadband

dear sir
i m user of mtnl broad band, my telephone no is[protected], i have problem with broad band since last one month, some time working some time not. but now it is completely not working from last week, i was complaint about it in mtnl office and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now

Dear Sir,

Its really diappointing for any customer who is paying more and not getting the worth.

I am Updesh Waghmare, my phone no. is 26420958. Since 4-5 yrs I am customer of MTNL and using the services of same. But I am really not satisfied with the internet broad band speed which MTNL provide.

Earlier I was availing the broad band service plan 599 Unlimted at 256Kbps speed but due to the less speed i changed the plan, where clearly mentioned the speed 512Kbps.

I happily changed the plan to get more speed but since the day of 1st, I regularly check the speed of my broad band and surprisingly it is less than 256Kbps.

I request you to see my problem on urgent basis. Already many times i logged my complained on 1504 but never get fruitfull response.

The speed is really bothering me. Its really nothing in working hours due to the i am suffring with work loss.

Please see if something can happens regarding my problem.

mtnl broadband internet — broadband internet problem - 1 year

My telephone number is[protected] and my broadband internet is not working properly for more than a year now. I've made many complaints to MTNL but no one comes to check. One person came last week and said that it is hardware problem whereas my PC is fine. When we checked on Laptop then also same problem with internet was there. My internet works for 10 minutes and then gets disconnected automatically. Its been happening for a while now1

MTNL Broadband — low speed of downloading

hello, sir iam using mtnl broadband 599 unlimited combo plan for last one month. At the starting i get good speed about 130 kbps to 125 kbps but for last 8 days its speed get reduce to 20 kbps.which is very bad for me.i was also complait to customer care but they not took any action .so i request you to take action my phone no is [protected] . i shall be very thankful to you

MTNL (Garuda - Wll) — Without coonection Bill received

In the month of April 2009, I had applied for MTNL Broadband connetion. After several requests over that month, I heard some lines from them such as ... It would take just another 2 days...by that week ...two more days. But nothing happend by April. I thought as usual govt. functioning bodies were bit slow.

In the month of May they some times called me ...huh! your connection had not been installed so far... let me check ... I would talk to my senior or I would talk to my junior and the month passed. At last I requested them for refund of my 500 rupees which they took upfront. I was hopeless by then.

And I applied for TATA Indicom connection ...which has been functioning from the month of june.

Now What...A ridiculous thing ... which I had seen in TV serials...

I RECEIVED AN MTNL TRIBAND BILL for THE MONTH OF JUNE 2009.

I think ...there is a serious problem somewhere in the MTNL local or central office and people involved in this sevice must be severly punished.

I had to suffer for the month of MAY and JUNE. I was not able to be online so my several works were stalled. I was unsure of connection status of MTNL.

Please tell me what to do next.

Dear Sir,

Broadband services on above mentioned telephone number is highly erratic for last several months. I we have made innumerable complaints online as well as on given complaint numbers. However instead of getting better it went completely dead about three weeks back.

On top of this I am being told that I have not made the payments and that’s why services have been withdrawn. You can imagine my feeling to hear this after paying each and every bill well before the due date.

Therefore you are kindly requested to get it repaired on urgent basis and in the meanwhile, REFUND INTERNET CHARGES FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS WHICH I HAVE ALREADY PAID WITHOUT PROPERLY UTILIZING THE SERVICES.

I am facing the same disgusting problem.
The ADSL modem UT300R2U light never remains stable for more than a minute and starts flickering off and on.

I registered lots of complaints on customer care (1504)
my complaint numbers are on these different dates:
9 July[protected] for this ticket no i got a very smart answer that it got resolved as someone has verified it from this number thst its working now and hence they have closed this. (these are the lines what the lineman had told me while asking for the reason why its pending.
10 July[protected] no response yet
13 July[protected] no response yet
14th July - 4050079 and[protected] no response yet
15th July - also i have logged a complaint, but no response for this yet.

No one from MTNL even asked me about the problem, and nothing has been done by MTNL so far.
even the executive on 1504 knows that on this ADSL modem UT300R2U there are lots of problems with its firmware, trhat it heats up and reboot frequently. then why these guys are not taking any actions and for what they are waiting for...
This is all about the MTNL staff and their services.

According to my plan TriB Combo Unlimited, it is providing speed of only 18-20 kbps and according to your connection it should be 256 kbps

i am complaining since 5 days but everybody says that it will be solved and nothing happening…

MTNL Broadband — Unstable Connection

Hi,

I am also suffering from poor quality MTNL broadband connectiton. It's very unstable, I have logged thousands of complaints...my number is 24122108...everytime they say they will check the line and sometime one stupid person comes to my place...open browser couple of time and report it as hardware problem. I am myself working in telecom company and understand all about networks but these MTNL guys think, they know everything.

MTNL Broadband connection sucks. The staff is pathetic. I would not suggest MTNL to anyone.

Mtnl broadband has the most disgusting service.My broadband has not been working since the past 1 month.I have made atleast 15 complaints.Only once did the service guy come to inform us that we needed a new modem.I got a new modem but no one has come over to fix it since the last 10 days.No service can be more worse than this.
I reside at Nilothi near Nangloi.

I would like to make this noticeable that I have been having a lot of trouble with MTNL broadband connection.
In the last one year or so I have made so many complaints about my connection but still no resolution has been made yet.
My internet does not function properly – it gets disconnected every minute. Whenever there is an incoming phone call on my landline, its gets disconnected.
The ADSL light on the modem does not stay lit – it blinks and sometimes it’s not at all there.

I have told this on several occasion on the phone as well as by going there (Nangloi office), personally.

Whenever I lodge a complaint I never get a response or a call back. Whenever I get in touch with Nangloi office, they behave in a rude manner.
I have even raised this to Mr. Agnihotri (in charge of this office) but to no avail. On July 18, 2009 I went personally to the Nangloi office and I was disheartened to see people playing cards on the ground floor. I asked them to come with me as I had come in my car; however they just declined my request.

I am in great distress as it’s affecting my office work and my business. I do not know what to do as I am paying Rs. 600 every month to MTNL as charity. Please help me.

MTNL Broadband — Break-down of internet connection

My internet connection gets snapped very often while work is in progress. Kindly rectify the problem.
My connection is given through telephone no. 27726136, at Nerul, Navi Mumbai.

It has been quite some time seems the broadband service on the referred phone is interrupted by dropping net. Now since two days it is totally off. All the basic rectification method has been tried, but failed.

i m getting speed very slow broadband connection speed i wanted 256kbps i m getting 12mbps speed
my broadband connection is not working for the last three days. I have lodged complaint with mtnl, the complaint no. on 22/07/09 is 41100728 and on 23.07.09 is 6797 and it was told to contact the SDO who is never available on the phone.

Please get the fault/modem rectified immediately.

We have received uncalculated wrong bill of broadband[protected] . But nobody is taking any action regarding our bill. we have visited MTNL head offie Nehru Place several times but nobody is giving any details of our bill. so you are requested to please take action regarding this bill as soon as possible.
