My landline phone no. 27384622 is not working since last 15 days and no one from the MTNL has attended the fault till date despite several complaints and reminders. Will the MTNL look into the matter immediately.

My landline phone no. 22946509 is not working since last two month 15 days and no one from the MTNL has attended the fault till date despite several complaints and reminders. Will the MTNL look into the matter immediately.
