I have registered to pay my mtnl landline bill through ICICI online bill pay. First two months bill not uploaded and i had to pay the bill manually with penalty of Rs 10 each time. When complaint to ICICI they said it is fault of mtnl, due to not uploading the bill it could not paid on time. After lots of complaint and written complaint bill for next month got uploaded and paid on time. But this was for just one month as next month again bill did not uploaded. I chose this service for automatic bill will be paid but now i think it is even easy to stand in queue and pay the bill. Response from ICICI and mtnl when complaint are not good. I would suggest them not to offer such service which they cant manage. Was this information helpful? |
