I wish to disconnect my BSNL landline phone number 239554 in the name of Mr. Pawadi Samson. My phone is not working properly for the past two years, either it is dead most of the time or disturbing noise during call. I have complaint several times but no permanent solution is done so far. Whenever I complain, they come and fix the issue which lasts for a day or two. I am fed-up calling them again and again. I requested them to provide new cable wire because it’s broken in several places but nothing done so far. There are many houses which are willing to take the new connection but they are scared by seeing the service provided by BSNL Chakradharpur.

MTNL-TRUMP — unauthorised deduction

Complaint against wrong deduction from my prepaid mobile no.[protected][protected]This is to inform you that my said account is being deducted by Rs.20 for last 4 months against "the renewal of back up my contacts in the case of lost of my mobile",where as I have never got activated or renewed this scheme.So please get this deduction stopped with immediate effect.

MTNL — unauthorized service

i m getting some messages from 58888....tried to deactivate it after talking to customer care but still not getting the deactivation page....so deactivate the wap sherlyn 30 pack service from my phone.....my no is [protected].....its coating me 30 rs per month......pls deactivate it as soon as possible..........

MTNL TRUMP — Unauthorized deduction

Sir,

I am the consumer of the Trump prepaid number [protected]. A few days back I received a call from your marketing department which I couldn’t make out what the matter was and as a result, Rs 30 were deducted from my account for some musical service station service. Then I immediately had a word on the number 1503 with one of your Customer Service Representative and told him that I don’t require or need this service at all and the amount of Rs 30 may be refunded ASAP. I was told that as I’ve received the call, this amount cannot be refunded. I must say, this is disgusting.

Again on 17th of August, I received a call from the number 56300 which lasted only for 4 seconds and again I couldn’t make out, what it was. I again had a word on 1503, and inform them, about the call from 56300. This time I was told that this is a voice mail service and no charges would be deducted from your account. But after 5 minutes, I received a SMS from[protected] and the message was “you’ve been charged Rs 30 for USSD service”. Again I had a word on 1503, and I was told that my complaint has been forwarded to 295860 and within 24 hours the amount would be refunded. But till date I haven’t received any money back in my account.

Therefore, I request you to refund the total amount deducted of Rs 60 that was deducted from my account as soon as possible (for the services which I never requested or never wanted) as I am retired person and I don’t like being mentally harassed in this manner. I’ve already lost Rs 60 for the ridiculous services which I never wanted and further I am spending money on this correspondence.

MTNL broadband Services — FREQUENT BREAKS AND INTERRUPTION IN BROADBAND SERVICES FOR LAST TWO MONTHS

Respected sir,

1. I am a broad band user under my phone No. 26146678 and CA No. [protected]. I have a land line only incoming plan for
Rs 125/- and a Rs 399/- plan for 700 MB.

2. I personally met GM BCP, on 02 Aug 08 and made him aware about my following ongoing problems :-

(a) Frequent breaks/interruptions in my broad band
service, even after each 2 minutes, for the last two
months.

(b) Not been provided toll free No 1504 and others, to
complain about my broad band problems.

(c) Spellings of my name have been written incorrectly in
my account, causing my inability to produce my internet
bill as address proof and problems in getting my refunds
back, on disconnection of my services

3. He assured me to look after the above mentioned problems personally and get those rectified soon but sorry to say that nothing concrete has been done to rectify any of the said problem. Frequent breaks/interruptions are still there. I have not yet been provided toll free No. 1504 and others, to complain about broad band services

4. May I still have any hope to get redress of my said problems or face the same for indefinite period and curse my fate only.

Agreed. I have been using MTNL services for almost a year now and not even a single day in the past one year, I have had absolutely smooth connection...At times the download speed goes down to bytes and most of the time the 'adsl' link is flashing, indicating that the internet is not working.

I have made atleast 100 of complaints to the call center but each time I follow up, the call center says that the issue is appearing as closed. The problem is that where I stay, MTNL is the only ISP, making a total monopoly. I wish I could take some action against them...

Still nothing has been done so far and I am planning to disconnect the service now.

MTNL Broadband — Broadband is not working from one month

My MTNL Broadband is not working from last 1 month sometime services are up and again goes down .
I try exchange JTO No 26914200 & 20593507 but never get proper response 26914200 & 20593507 .

I also online register complaint on i.e 103398 but still didnt get any revert today again i register new
complaint 104635 and waiting for the revert .

I m interested in fast resolution of my complaints so that i can do my important work .

mtnl broadband connection — MTNL Broadband connection applied since last three months

I have applied for MTNL broadband+Landline connection on 30th.Jan 2010 on 1500. The executive came on 31st.Jan.2010 at my residence to collect the proofs and said they will install it with in a week.
anything yet. Whenevr I called to customer care they says your application have been approved and will be installed in 2-3 days.
Now its April going on and they hve not done anything yet.

The response we were getting was (AAJ HO JAYEH GAA) we have made several calls to the Area Manager (jafrabad) but the answer was same. We have made so many calls that are phone bill is higher then never before. We have lost are hope on this system and are bound to approach you to help us solve this issue.

Mtnl - Delhi — Broadband Connection

I took a MTNL Broad band connection on 29/10/2008, . It worked till November2008 end and from the beginning of December 2008 it did not work at all and in spite of my more than a dozen complaint, even up to AGM (Publlc Grievance), no one bothered and replied and had courtesy to reply. I curse the day that why I opted for MTNL broadband connection

My Tele. No.[protected] is not working for the last about 1 month . There is a complaint on 6-9-2010. Kindly attend the complaint to restore the Phone immediately.

I m too facing the same problem...it took atleast 45 mins to connect and drops in few mins...its pathetic..

speed of mtnl 3g ilemon data cards is trullllllly amazzzzzing, its equivalent to brodband, i ve been using it 4 d last 2 mnths, opens page wid just one click.

iam also using ilemon usb data card which is working properly n giving good speed n dont have ne complaints even while roaming tru out india...

On FAB .2011, I paid Rs.1995/- cash at the Sanchar Haat, NHRU PLACE, New Delhi and bought the MTNL 3G Jadoo Data Stick together with 3G Card (IMEI Number [protected] and Mobile Number [protected] ). Under the scheme, I was allowed unlimited download for the first 2-months from the date of its' purchase.

Since the date of purchase and until today, I tried to use this Card and the Stick to operate internet. But I regret to say, that except at one occasion (within the 1st eek of its' purchase), this stick and the card never worked. With great difficulty, I am able to connect to the net but the download never starts.

I tried to seek MTNL help through emails, phone calls to 1503 and 1504, and the technical assistance number [protected]. Each time, my call was disconnected with rapid comments that "who suggested you to buy this product of MTNL, because MTNL is still in the age of developing support for this product".

As the money against purchase of this product is not refundable, will you please help me in resolving this problem of connectivity.

The stick is Teracom make.

Dear Sir/Mam

I am having internet connection- MTNL PREPAID DATA CARD which is not working from last 1 month and before that also there ws always a frequent disconnection.
i Called many times on 1503 and the complaint no[protected], but no executive come yet to solve our problem,still my problme continues and my net not working..i got the following numbers from customer care 1503 that for internet data card complaitns-
1.[protected]
2. [protected]
3.[protected].

but all above numbers are not reachable and swichted off.

Kindly look into above matter and solve my problem asap. and kindly refund our money as i rechared it many times but not got any satsiesfied internet service.
even ,i hv mailed my complaint on below mentioned email id [protected]@bol.net.in

Slow speed
I bought a data card for 3G jadoo services of MTNL. This data card is provided by Ilemon in association with MTNL. They are advertising a high speed of a maximum of 7.2 MBPS. On using this I find that the speed is a low of 15 KBPS. Which even slower than the normal internet connections. They seem to be luring their customers by advertising high speed but are unable to provide it. I complained to customer care number provided on data card of Ilemon company. They informed me that MTNL attends to such complaints with in 4 hours.

Mtnl Delhi / Broadband — Broadband connection not working

I am holding a mtnl broadband connection on mtnl no. [protected].
I have logged the complaint on 1504 about the non working of broadband ( complaint no .[protected].
Description of problem :
Voice path of the connection is ok but data path is not OK.
LED status on modem UT-300R2U IS AS BELOW:
POWER LED - ON
LINK LED - OFF
DATA LED - OFF
PC/USB - ON.

I request you to take prompt action on this as early as possible

Mtnl Delhi / Broadband — Broadband not working for last 20days

Initially phone and broadband both were not working and phone calls to AM,DE, and SDO were not being attended. Subsequently phone started working but broadband is still not working.It is more than 20 days.Only in last two days SDO has responded by telling that problem will be attended to.But even after the promise two days have gone by without any relief.
