i have taken mts mblaze prepaid connection 6 months back, I always recharge for 999 unlimited plan and could use upto 25 GB without any speed complaint. In 999 scheme there is 3.1Mbps speed upto 10 GB and after that it becomes half. But that not a problem for me as I could browse and dowload things with ease. But this month I have recharged with 999 on 5th of may and four days back my 10 GB got over. After that the speed has gone terribly down like its consistently giving me less than 20kbps due to which I am unable to even open a web page even google. Thats terrible. In fact when I called the customer care executive, he told me that its obvious as I have already used 10 GB and advised me to recharge it again, As if 999 is a small amount. I am simply wasting money. pls help me .mts cheats people by giving wrong information.not proper service. i have wasted my 4 days because of this. i am planning to take ather connection. please do something . my ph no - [protected], my mts no - [protected], please take some action on this fake mts mblaze service. thankyou

MTS Mblaze Data Card — poor speed

in unlimited plan you are offering high speed upto 12GB but after 8GB it's slow down to 1x speed.
help me out custermare care wont attend my call.

mts data service — slow speed

sir/mam,
i am shailesh, i have taken mts broadband connection 3 months before, mts had given a offer of free 15 days usage of 15GB, they said it will be speed upto 3.1Mbps. i used to get upto 1.7 Mbps. after free usage offer. i reacharge for 999 unlimited plan on 29/03/2012. they said upto 15GB usage the speed will be upto 3.1Mbps. after 15GB it will be 100Kbps. from the day of recharge. i am getting speed not more than 100 to 300Kbps.even though network is full i am not getting speed. i have given lots of complaint even though they have not given any response . they say they will check but no response comes .i have called up mts coustomer care ph no-[protected] but no one recieves the call. i have to simply be on call upto 15 minutes .simply wasting money. pls help me .mts cheats people by giving wrong information.not proper service. i have wasted my 10 days because of this. i am planning to take ather connection. please do something . my ph no - [protected],

I am using MTS MBlaze for 2 months, and i uses 999 plan(10GB), they says it will give you 3.1 mbps speed in 10gb but it was good for one month only, this month i recharged with rs 999 but it gives me only 50-60 kbps and sometimes only 20-30, I have very important work to do please hele me or I will switch to other company

    I was using MTS data card no : MDN: [protected] for about one and half months and I wanted to close the account as I was not satisfied with the speed and it was not connecting while roaming and other reasons and approached the center where from the dongle was purchased and they directed me to another place and where I was indirectly threatened to pay for six months bills or else it will not be closed. Then I did not pay the bill for that month purposely and finally the company sent a collecting man Mr. UDAYA on condition that the account is closed vide book no 397 and receipt no 9911 dated 30/03/2012 for Rs.1383 and Mr. Udaya has written in the bill itself that the account has been closed henceforth. I have paid the money by Canara bank cheque no 231518, dated 30/03/2012.

    There after invariably I have been harassed to make payment for subsequent months every day by their staff and really I am severely disturbed mentally and physically by the attitude of the company.

    Public is hereby advised to take care of this threatening calls and beware of MTS which is trying to cheat the public by asking FREE money for not using their data card or internet services. I hope to approach a consumer court and file a case against this company for this threatening calls demanding free money request any one to help me in this matter.

      I had a MTS Data card with no.[protected] in the name of Sunil Kumar, It was a postpaid data card which has a fixed monthly rental of Rs.500/-. The very first month of purchasing this data card in Feb-12 bill was Rs.529/- with due date 21st march 2012, I have received bill in 10th of march 2012 in the mean time they have disconnected my internet service on the same date when i have received the bill. One call received by me from collection department regarding the bill payment, so they send a executive to my house and i have given the ch. of Rs.550/-on 14th march 2012, which is not deposited by their executive in MTS so my internet was still disconnect while i made the payment. I called in customer care between 16 to 18 march 2012, that why they have not activate my connection, the executive told me that we have not received the payment so that your connection is deactivated. So i verbally told the cheque no and related detail to MTS call centre and also send the receiving copy by mail to MTS and also request to close my account with reason the poor service. Then my internet was activate on 24th March 2012 after that i have used this connection for 3-4 days. after that i have not used the connection and next month bill of Rs. 1000/-(around) comes to me, when i called customer care they told that you have to pay this bill, so i didn’t pay the bill with reason that tell me that how the bill generate with Rs. 1000/- whether the plan is 500/- with 1.5 GB free downloading. I asked about the uses they have not told me anything, now this month i have received again the bill of Rs. 1500/-(around), so i am requesting that please close my account ASAP.

        I Brought a MTS Modem on[protected], I Just Recharged 800 to My MTS on[protected]. Near by the retailer shop but did not update a recharge still now , the retailer is telling that they have detail only for three days. I have send a mail to MTS on 18/05/12 customercare.[protected]@mtsindia.in. I dint get the detail from them so can u help me

          i have just bought a mts mblaze from "suruchi" 343/a criper road konnagar ,hooghly,712235mob:[protected]
          but it is not properly working..again and again i have complaint but there is no feedback from them.MR.BISHAL([protected]) is the disrtibuter of this device..agai and again i call hiimm.still now he is rejecting my call.i am helpless. please take step against these people.

                  Hi,

                  On 16th I recharged my MBLAZE with 999 online from site _http://www.mtsindia.in/recharge.html, I tried paying through net banking, however, my transaction was not completed due to some network problem. But still I got an email confirmation that it has been successful from CC Avenue and my account was debited with 999. Following which I saw a sudden increase in my internet speed, which I used to get only when I had a successful recharge, therefore I thought I had a successful recharge. On 17th around 1am in the morning while I was writing an exam online, my internet connection was closed and hence forth I cannot connect. I called MTS customer care but they told they can't see any recharge.

                  Please Help.

                  but i have activated. i spoke to customer care they said u have activated the wall paper, i cant speak to them the are telling the same one. So i left, again on 28th april same the Rs. 10/- was debited so again i asked customer care they said the same thing. u have used the walllpaper download. i dont know why they are doing like that. I am using only browsing for mail check and whatsapp message. but they are telling u have used wall paper. i am using my wallpaper my kids only. they are cheating, but some people said to me now MTS are cheating the money. yes its true.

                    i have two mts data card devices with following no.
                    1:[protected]
                    2:[protected]
                    these both devices have diff plans and the first one has been recharged a day ago and it has already consumed 100 mb's without usage and the speen since that very time is 2kbps
                    it is neither giving any speed....nor anyone is ready to hear the complaints and the complaint helpline never answers
                    the retail says to dispose of the device he can not do anythng.....what a a fraud company .....no promises , no services and misconduct as well...they r ready to give the new device but they are never ready to help the consumer....
                    i need results or will case against the company for this misconduct and poor behaviour...

                      I am using MTS prepaid No.[protected] and suddenly I got the shock while making a call to hear that my outgoing calls are barred and a few minutes after that I received a call on my landline number from a friend saying that even my Incoming Calls are barred.

                      I Tried calling and mailing MTS Customer Care and even wrote mails to Nodal Officer, Delhi region so many times but to no avail, all I was told that either there is some problem with my documents (which is being pointed out after 8 months) or there is some problem in the network and the issue will be resolved soon. But not even my single mail acknowledged.

                      How soon the problem will be resolved, no wants to answer that. It is almost 24 hours that my phone is dead and it is causing me a lot of inconvenience and mental agony.

                      Don't know whether anyone is listening or not. If it continues like this I will have to opt of the services soon.

                        I bought MTS Mblaze data card on 2nov 2011. o[censored]nlimited Rs.800 pack / monTh,

                        But as The speed was 0.12Mbps i raised a complaint. even after attending The complaint from ur executive problem not resolved.

                        Hence i decided not to used MTS Mblaze data card and returned my data card on 14Th Feb 2012 along wiTh The pending bill amount of 2130 in receipt of book no. 414 & receipt no. 10342 to one of your executive (SanThosh Mob: [protected])as instructed by your customer care executive.

                        Even after submission of data card bills has been generated for The monTh of March & April 2012 and receiving regular calls from your executives towards bill payments.

                        After informing These details to many of your customer care executives, no one has turned up in resolving This issue.

                        Requesting for your intervention for resolving The issue,

                        Looking forward for The solution.

                          I am using MTS number([protected]) and after 3 days my outgoing calling is barred I tried to reach the customer care and place query online on 14-May-2012 and mention my email id but didnt get any answer from company side, I have also visited the shopkeeper from which I have bought the number, he asked for the another address proof document I have submitted the same(First time DL and second time Passport) on 14-May-2012, Still my outgoing calling is barred.
                          Dont know when this issue get resolved.

IN THE MONTH OF MARCH I RECIVED MASSEGE REGARDING BLAZE RECHARGE OF 198 RS YOU WILL GET 60% OF EXTRA USAGE MEANS 200MB + 120MB TOTAL 320MB. ACCORDINGLY I RECHARGED 198 RS THROUGH MTS WEB SITE.ON 28/04/2012 FINALY I GOT 200MB REMAINING 60% DATA DID NOT CREDITED. I REGISTERED COMPLAINT ON 6-05-12, COMPLAINT NO. IS NAY2059. TILL TODAY COMPLAINT IS NOT YET SOLVED. SO MANY TIMES I TRYING TO CONTACT MTS NO USE. FINALY I CONCLUDED THIS IS ONE TYPE OF CHEATING.
                            FRIENDS I WOULD LIKE TO TELL SOMETHING ABOUT MTS MBLAZE DONT BELIEVE THIS TYPE OF OFFERS PLEASE

                                I had purchased the data card and had submitted required documents on 5th of this month.
                                I was assured from MTS dealer that my area has good coverage of MTS network. His name is Yaseen - [protected], he also said that my connection would be active with in some hours. (He had sent some representative for my home)

                                My connection was active only after Monday No one came here for verification as said by the dealer.
                                I have been getting speed of 1.4 kbps.
                                I had crosschecked in www.speedtest.in , it showed that the bandwidth is 14 kbps and u could dwnld up to 2kbps around.
                                I had called Yaseen (dealer) minimum of 100 times, he had not lifted my call. When I tried to contact him from another number he was rather arrogant and insisted to complaint to you. He is not lifting now also.
                                ( I have been calling him as he said that he ll take responsibility if we doesnt get speed and ll surely refund on the day 1 itself)

                                I have raised a complaint on Tuesday itself to u. Complaint number is c[protected]
                                No one cared of it, I dint get any call MTS.
                                Its already 1 week, as per my plan I need to pay for 200/- with out using for this week. If it is unresolved I may receive complete Bill with in a fortnight. Being a student I cant bear this.

                                Plz dont blame my Computer or some thing. I have been reliance data card with the speed of 60-150kbps depending on time o[censored]sage.
                                I had a paid version of Antivirus, I have deleted cookies, temp files and all stuff.

                                I have contacted nodal office via nodal.[protected]@mtsindia.in
                                I got a reply which said to contact me with some number provided. I have tried to it many a times. Its SWITCHED OFF. [protected]

                                Now my complaints are:
                                1. Dealer who sold the product is not lifting my call , rather arrogant at me. Please file a complaint on him. (I can prove it, I have recorded everything. Yaseen - +91 [protected])
                                2. No one came for verification process.
                                3.Download speed is not more than 3kbps (I was assured for 3Mbps)
                                4.No one cared of my complaint at costumer care. - c[protected]
                                5. I need a refund at any cost.

I have been asked to sit in front of my computer with PC in ON condition. Then I was asked to do many changes like running cmd command,prefetch,cookies, switching off & turning on laptop as per guidelines over telephone given by your customer care executives. However, after doing all the above exercise, the problem is still in unsolved condition. My present complaint no. is MAY40672 dated 08/05/2012 (you can check your records).

                                    MTS / MBlaze — LOW SPEED

                                    HI,
                                    I PURCHASED MTS PREMIUM CONNECTION WITH UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD PACKAGE. FIRST TWO DAYS SPEED WAS GOOD, AFTER THAT NO SPEED. TO OPEN YAHOO SITE AFTER DOING SEVERAL ATTEMPTS GETTING OPENED. & UNABLE TO DO ANY ATTACHMENTS.WHEN I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE, NO PROPER RESPONSE AND SAID INITIAL SPEED WILL BE THERE AFTER IT BECOMES SLOW NATURALLY. THIS CONECTION IS VERY MUCH BORING.

                                      I have a prepaid mobile services of MTS no. is [protected]. From 5th March 2012 i am suffering form a problem that every month MTS deduct from my A/c Rs30 without Use any extra services. And call to customer care he/she told me sorry for inconvenience your amount will return in next 24 hour, but i am already waiting for the return. same action had done in April. than i had call to customer care on 4th may and ask that if any extra services add in my no. please deactivated it, than he told me that no any extra services is active on your MTS no. [protected].than i had recharge of Rs 150. but on 9th may 2012 MTS cut Rs 130 form my A/c. and call to customer care he told me that new song services is active on your no.so, Rs30 had deduct but he is not sure about Rs 100 deduction.and when i told to the representative , i got a massage of renewal of MTS voice Chat than , he disconnected the line again and again.
                                      Please Help me.

                                        They have activated some unnecessary VAS services on my prepaid number +91 [protected] without my knowledge since last few recharges I've made to my number, my balance deducts automatically and due to this fear I cannot recharge my mobile phone. I have tried contacting 198 to log complaint however I was given wrong information to unsubscribe for this service which I never requested originally. Please do the needful to get this corrected.
