I baught broadband connection on 18 Nov. 2010, I am not getting proper connectivity and speed as company claim (3.1 Mbps). I am getting speed upto 300-400 Kbps and also very poor connectivity, I need to reconnect in every half an hour. I logged the complain to MTS customer care ([protected]) under complain no. Nov/8219 on 20 Nov. 2010 and complain no. Nov 8331 on 21 Nov. 2010, as per customer issue will be resolved in 12 working hours but now it's 3 days and issue is still pending. Now whenever I call to customer care for update they put me on hold for 30-40 minutes and then cut down the call. I also raised service request under request no. 87098 but no response.

As per MTS executive Mr. Kumar ([protected]), there is a offer of free reebok shoe, free antivirus softer for 1 year validity, but I haven't received any of this things. As per customer case shoe will be dispatch and received in next 10 days and for antivirus, I need to have coupon no. which will be provided by Mr. Kumar who sold me this connection. I am trying to connect Mr. Kumar but he is not picking up the call.

Please take serious action against this company the their fraud executive who cheat people with attractive offcer and advertisement.

Well Said Mr.Hiren Katkoria. We All Are Facing The Same Problem. Every Time By Balance Is Finished They Are Keen To know When I Am recharging My account, But When I Am facing Problems With My Broadband Speed They Have Nothing To Say But To Be Sorry. I Would Like To Tell Them That You Are The Very service Provider So don't Be Sorry Please Solve It And look After Our convenience. we Are Not Paying Money For You To Be Sorry.And Stop Calling Us Because Our Time Is Also Valuable As Yours. If You can't Provide The Service Please Stop Making Promisses To Us Because We Are The One who face The Problem. Thank You.

MTS India — very poor service & response

Dear Sir / Madam,

not worth of 1 gb usage

i recharged my mts with 248 rs for 1 gb not worth at all ... i have just used 100 mb not more than that now it shows me that i have used 1 gb

    I PURCHASE THE ONE MTS BLAZE FROM THE MOBILE STORE SARITA VIHAR DELHI. ON 11TH OCT 2010. PUCHASING TIME I SUBMIT THE DOCUMENT AND FILL THE FORM AFTER SOME TIME IT NOT WORK I COMPAINT TO THE THE MOBILE STORE AND MTS CUSTOMER CARE . CUSTOMER CARE SAID THAT YOUR DOCUMENT IS SUBMITED THEN I CALL TO THE MOBILE STORE THE SAY WE SUBMITED THE DOCUMENT . AFTER THAT AGAIN SUBMITED THE DOCUMENT. NUT THAT NUMBER IS ACCTIVATED. I CALLED HIM LOT OF TIMES. NOW THEY R SAYING WE CANT DO ANY THING IN THIS MATTER. AFTER CALLING THE LOT OF TIMES THEY SAYS CHANGE YOUR MTS MBLAZE HERE . I GO THERE AFTER THEY SAY WE HAVE NO FORM .

    I have a MTS data card, which I am trying to use in Cuttac, Orrisa on roaming, also to mention; I have confirmed it earlier if it would work or not.

    Now when its not working there I spent 5 days over a conmpliant (with customer care and through emails.), they gave me all sorts of troubleshooting but did not resolve the problem. And to top it, they even closed my Query, remarking as RESOLVED.

    They are just assuing you that it will get resolved but it never does. Anyone reads this blog and has any kind of resolution kindly revert back.

    Pathetic service.

      i have send the courier on date[protected] serial no is [protected].from Delhi to the address of Raja khan Teliya dam, koderma, jharkhand, but when the reciver go to the courier shop for recive the courier its was empty.and envelope are tear from lower side....
      i told this matter to the Delhi courier shop near laxmi nagr metro station but its reply... asb bhula gaya hai to nahi mile ga...

        Dear Sir

        I made a payment of Rs. 999/- to MTS to recharge my internet connection through transaction id: 12469070 on 3rd October by my SBI Credit Card.

        After making the payment I realized that by mistake instead of making the payment on my MTS phone number ([protected]) I did it on MTS Customer care number ([protected]) since they are both quite similar.

        Immediately after realizing my mistake I called up MTS Customer Care and I was told by them that my payment will be reversed as their CC number is not valid for such payments and my payment will automatically get reversed. The reference number for this complaint given to me was OCT/1693.
        Since then I have been in touch with them and every time I call them up they say my complaint is under process and will be resolved soon. And now after one month they are saying that my payment will not be reversed neither they are crediting my MTS balance with the same amount.

        I feel cheated, as the MTS has received the payment in their account and they should not have any problem either reversing the money or recharging my MTS balance with the same amount.

        Calling them up is a pain as it is very difficult to get through them, they don’t answer the phone and even if they do they keep us on hold for hours, you can check that for yourself calling their Customer Care.


        I request you to kindly look in to the matter as Rs. 999/- is not a small amount or suggest me what am I supposed to do in a situation like this as I really want to teach them a lesson for such a worse customer support they provide.

        Kindly help!

          hello sir im using mta data card...the speed is very poor...i get maximum speed download speed of only 7 kbps...pls rectify my prob...
          i have dongle with 40gb 3gp ultra speed dongle. but my dongle speed to slow. so solve my compline first

            I had sent this mail to Customer Care too.......on 10th Nov 2010...But still.MTS customer care rocks in badest service experience..."No FEEBACK"....

            Hi,

            I had bought MTS Data Card somewhere around end of August-2010 from one of the MTS Executives who were promoting MTS in Patni Computer Systems-Airoli.
            My MDN number of data card is mentioned below:

            After using it for 1 month, I faced some issue with data card because the MTS device was faulty. I had complained about this with MTS customer care.
            MTS technical engineers visited checked the same at my residence and reported that the device was faulty.
            I had submitted the device with the MTS executives(Amit and Naushad) who visit Patni Computer Systems-Airoli campus on weekly basis on 25th September 2010. On submission I was told that the process might take around 4-5 days.

            Since, then I have no communication from anyone regarding this. Whenever I had questioned them about this, they have same answer that it will take 2-3 days more.
            It’s been around 1 month now to that 2-3 days.
            I really don’t understand the meaning of replacement here. Even after finding the device faulty, they don’t have any device for replacement, but they do have new MTS devices to sell.
            I not sure how do you assure customers about the service, even if it is never satisfactory.
            I had referred two more MTS employees to go with MTS Data card, even they faced service issues with customer care while activation of the data card.

            I don’t wish to continue MTS Data card service if there isn’t any change in the kind of service.

              Hi, my name is selva I took MTS USB broadband on 7.11.10 at that time they said that the speed 3.1mps and network will be fine but they are cheating they are fraud please my dear friends don't ever go this bloody MTS USB because of this i lost my wonderful opportunity . One company provided me a laptop and said to work at home i asked for stupid Airtel they are liars they are saying they will give connection anywhere NO NO they wont my friend is bit far from house he got Airtel services but he is not giving connection to our area. Because of
              both AIRTEL Broadband and MTS USB broadband i lost my opportunity. so be careful.
              Basically i am from very poor family i got an opportunity but because of these kind cheaters and liars i lost i am curse them heart fully all their business should flop.

                I have bought MTS USB modem MBLAZE. I have submitted all my formalities but it is still not working. Whenever I call they gave some new number and to talk with and not responding me well. I have bought it for some urgent work and still doing my work on cyber cafe. I am spending almost 2 hours daily for its activation bt dont know what to do.

                  I took a MTS Mblaze data card on 12th october,2010 worth rs 2999.It had free offer of reebok shoes which was supposed to be delivered to my residence within 10 days which has not been delivered to me though 20 days have passed.Also the data card stopped working since 18th october and i lodged a complaint with the customer care guys on 19th october 2010 and they tried to troubleshoot the problem on phone but to no avail.I was told that the complaint would be resolved within 10 hours.When it didnt happen I again contacted the customer care and I was told that my complaint had been closed.I asked them how they had closed my complaint when there was no confirmation from my side that the issue had been resolved and I got some answer which was beyond my comprehension.Since then I have been registering complaints almost everyday but that did not solve the problem either.I even talked to the nodal officer Delhi zone.Mr Sandeep Patnaik on his number [protected].Then I got a call from Mr Arvind Prasad and I was told that the modem might be defective.I got it checked through a MTS person and I was told that it was defective and it would be replaced.I called Mr arvind again on 1st november and he asked me to call him after one hour after another futile round of troubleshooting on phone.Now I have been trying to call him but he is not taking my calls.The complaint numbers which were always closed without resolving the issue and without any confirmation from my side about resolving the problem are : oct/14289 on 19/10/2010 ,oct/15250 on 20/10/2010,oct/16307 on 21/10/2010,oct/18224 on 23/10/2010,oct/20998 the date of which i dont remember.please do the needful and help me get my internet working and not to forget those reebok shoies which nobody has a clue where they are!!!!!

                  MTS/Data Card — Connectivity

                  Dear Sir/Madam

                  I purchanse a mts data card on 22 nov 2010 but from 3 dec 2010 i did not using this due to connectivity problem

                  i request many times with customer care but he did not give me good response

                  every time i did a call to customer care they called me to wait but not good result

                  MTS are not delivering there reebok shoe on time that has to be deliver within 15 days but it has been already more than one month but still i didn't got my reebok shoe when i call to complain to customercare of MTS they didn't give proper result of my complain and before rechare of Rs 999 i got mail from MTS it has been mention that if i got reacharge Rs999 before 8 of JAN i will get new movies but even that also thay didn't give still now so please help me .

                  Sir, myself ramesh kumar kumawat & i have bought a Data Card of MTS company from Ganesh Traders, Sanganer Jaipur on 20 Oct. 2010. On this data Card MTS company was providing the Rebook Shoes(Speed ka Couble Dose). You can see the mts websites or its various hordings in market with photo of yuvraj singh (Cricketer). I would like to say that THE MTS has not provide the reebok shoes till now. so please help me.

                  whenever iclick to the tools for balance checking, it appears that there is no room for the new messages and delete the message in the device.how can i do this

                    pathetic speed..and pathetic customer service...wasted my money...
                    it would be better to lodge a case in consumer court i think...if nothing else then for the wrong claims made by the company...and fooling customers
                    I've purchased one MBLAZE connection bearing the no. [protected] on 9th of October '10, as I'm using the same for my personal use at home. Since the last 19th October '10 the speed drops drastically at 145 -160 kbps which is very pathetic & I've tried to call the customer care from my Airtel Mobile, but couldn't connect the same, then tried the customer care no. from my IDEA cell no. it connects, but just listened the music for 15 minutes, which results waiting & waiting, couldn't talk to the customer care executive.

                    Is it the service you are providing for the general customer, sombody referred the MTS connection is the best in Delhi, even I've the offer of Broadband from SIFY, Netconnect from Reliance & Tata Photon +, as I'm working as Manager IT I've a lot of the Service Provider's contact and very much aware about the Market structure.

                    After several following up with Customer care, Nodal office, one engineer viisted at my residence, but couldn't sort out the issue, day by day I'm just calling the customer care again & again, but till date no solution has been done. The MTS is making the money, requesting to each & every MTS customer to make a written complaint to the MTS company.

                    I am buy a MTS data card on 15/10/14 data card number is [protected]. On dated 17/10/14 data card is activated but till date my data card Wifi not working . I am raise the complaint in Mts customer care on 19/10/14 morning 8:00 am complaint number is OCT/35709. MTS executive said that today is sunday & we have not working on your complaint. Mts resolve the problem in 22 working hours (approx 3 days). & second says on your area mts is in maintenance you have wait for 4 weaks . This is post paid plan. I have full conversation in recording of Mts executive .

                        I bought MTS premium broadband connection and using it for last 2 month.They offer unlimited internet connection for Rs. 999/-. As per the advertisement I paid the amount for the connection. When I connected its shows that data usage provided for me is 30GB (maximum data usage for Rs. 999/-). I don't know that the word unlimited means maximum of 30GB.MTS start cheating me from the beginning itself. They cheated me on:
                        1. Bad connectivity
                        2. Only 30GB usage for unlimited plan
                        3. When we use 12GB out of 30GB the speed will cut down to below 115kbps from 3.1Mbps

                        When I call the customer care I got the respond that for unlimited plan 3.1Mbps speed was only available for 12GB after that the speed will reduce to 115kbps(but the advertisement shows that ''UNLIMITED DOWNLOAD AT A SPEED OF 3.1MBPS'').I don't know what to do?.Please help me...Don't let them to cheat any one else.

ANIL kept on telling me we are reaching Bikaner today or tommorrow on 12-13 Oct 10. after that his telephone went swithed off. Rahul Arora is residing at Mayur Vihar IP Extn New Delhi. his telephone number is also switched off. both the fraudulants are being traced both by Police and Private Security agencies. Rest will be taken care of if they are apprehended. Please be careful of these. the same advertisement is being refloored in the name of BHARAT.

                          Now a days, this fraudulent are active in Gujarat area, and in local news paper they are published small advertisement offering high rent on installing 3g towers. I request all the people not to entertained such ad and keep their hard earning safe. By grace of GOD I can save my money. I was advise to deposit Rs.51, 250/-, but I did not deposit the same.

                            I bought a MTS Broadband Modem from a LEGAL MTS Store. The product was not activated for 2 months. They have been asking me to submit the photo id and other documents which I have provided more than 5 times. These documents includes :
                            a) Driving License (No. BR[protected]
                            b) College Photo ID as residential proof (USN No. 1PI09EC027)
                            c) Colour Photo with signature

                            I have called him several times but he doesn't respond nicely and says the ID is not valid, altough it is issued by the college and is authorised by the college authorities.
                            I have paid Rs. 900 for the modem and Rs. 999 for activation of the modem.(Modem No.-[protected]).
                            The phone no. of the person who sold the device is -[protected]. We asked for his name but he didn't tell us. Neither did he tell us the registration no. of his shop. He has also denied of visit us and he doesn't even want to take the device back, altough it is not activtated.

                              I purchased MTS Mblaze high speed data card ( 3.1 Mbps) last month and opted for unlimited data transfer package.

                              80% of times the speed on the card is 0 Kbps. Even a simple web page wont open up on the first 2-3 attempts. I have to refresh the page several times before it displays.
                              Online video streaming like youtube is extremely unusable due to the low speed of the card.
                              I cant even download small files.

                              I have lodged several complains but the problem has not been rectified.

                              Same was the case with me as well. MTS should really look forward to improving on customer services. Other than the technical support team is crap. They don't even know the contention ratio for MTS in Delhi. Above all they can only log a complaint and give you base less reasons for not getting the correct speed.

                              I Stay at PUNE, I have purchased MTS Blaze and having the following problems.
                              1. The speed is terrable max 15-20 KBPS
                              2. CANNOT REACH CUSTOMER CARE AS SERVICE NUMBER PROVIDED DOESNOT WORK.
                              3. I was offered a reebok shoes but I have not received yet. It is already more than 2 months I have applied in their site..

                              5. Once device is sold they hardly care you.
                              It is totally a fake company... don't use any MTS products.

                                my name is abhishek. and i stay in noida sector 12 in v block.
                                i bought this MTS (phone no: [protected])from hot spot GIP sector 18 3rd floor. when i was buying tata photon data card. the shopkeeper told me to go for mts data card as it has high speed internet then tata photon. when i came home with product and when i used it on my PC i found it very slow even on full signal.its not even acheiving one fourth of its mention speed. it takes even 10-25 seconds even uploading simple google web page.
                                i do'nt know what to do in this situation. i traped by shopkeeper and this fake MTS company. i lost 1500 hard earned money.

                                kindly tell me what action i can take?

                                  my name is neeraj and would advise all those who are reading this, to never ever buy MTS broadband datacard, as the company provides pathetic services to its customers. I opted for unlimited 999 plan, but despite recharging it, I am getting a download speed of just 10kbps. So much for there so called broadband services!!!!. Despite numerous complains in last 15 days, no body has even bothered to follow up. The company is a total fraud and does not provide the services as promised. The are selling ordinary data cards in the name of broadband data cards. My phone no. is [protected], and all those who want a feed back from me, before buying MTS datacard are welcome to call me.

                                    i am facing a little bit different problem for first 20 days it worked as a charm and once FUP(fair usage policy) expired (MTS has 15 GB per month as a fair usage policy for 999 unlimited connection and
                                    after 15 GB my internet started crawling so i recharged 999 once again but still the problem persists i called tech support no response and i tweeted on twitter no response whereas airtel and tata photon has official tech support in twitter, you need to just send a tweet to them and lo, they will call you and fix the problem. i emailed to customer care and obviously no response

                                    After multiple emails they responded stated that they will call and fix the issue within 12 hours and after that no response from them. i again called which goes in vain so again mailed and sent a screen shot of their poor connection speed, no response after a week some one from tech support called me and asked to change the settings which i did but didn’t worked. he said foolish answer after one hour try it and it will work and no follow up from their side, so i emailed them and i got a poor response that they are not able to reach me in my mobile, i never received any calls from them and i never had any missed number on my mobile. stupid answers. its almost a month now and still waiting for a proper response from their side. my next step i am going to draft a hard hitting blog and send an email to them that i am going to write a blog and i bet their will be no response. i asked them for a corporate number so that i can send all the mouthshut and my blog link to corporate head to show how their customer support is. but again they never responded to my email. i will keep you posted about the response. lets wait and see.

                                    am 100 percent agree on your compliant.. me too facing the same problem and we are getting support from the customer care. Guys, be careful before buying MTS, they are giving false info about their connection speed..

                                      I bought a MTS product named MBlaze for wireless internet surfing as I'm a frequent traveller and needs internet access on the go. On 13th Sep I bought the product from SPICE HOTSPOT - Address - C 127 , Rex Optical House, Naraina Industrial Area, PH-1, Delhi. mobile # [protected]. The store person asked me to provide a copy of my driving license and a copy of front page of bank pass book for address verification. The required documents were provided to the HotSpot guy and he informed that the device will be activated within 24 hours. Next day it started working as promised so I was pretty much happy working with the device however unfortunately after 3 days of successful working the device stopped working and it started to give my an error message stating " the username / password does not match to the settings". I tried it for a day or so but it still didn't work so finally I decided to go to the SPICE HOTSPOT shop from where i got the device.I went to the store and I informed about the situation to a guy named RAHUL, who said that the documents which were provided at the point of sale were not sufficient and the activation request got declined however he assured me that the documents have been re-sent to the MTS activation dept. and it will be activated in next 7 days.The next day I had to leave for Mumbai and I had to face serious trouble because of that non working MBLAZE device.
                                      When I came back from Mumbai after a week's time I again went to the HOTSPOT shop to check the status for the same as the device was still not working.And this time they gave me another excuse telling me that the documents which i provided were not sufficient and now they wanted me to provide a copy of bank statement for approval.I was so much pissed off by listening to this excuse as its the HOTSPOT people who are selling the product so they should know what all documents are required for the activation rather that me checking back again and again after 2 days , 5 days and so on . It was already 2 weeks after the purchase and I was only able to use the device for only 3 days. The thing which was pissing me off was that I paid Rs 1800 ( 900 Montly rental + 900 Device charges) and i was not able to use the services for more than 3 days. Finally I provided them a copy of bank statement as well and then they reassured me that it will start working in next 2 days but as again false commitement the device was not working and this time I went straight to the SHOP and met RAHUL who was my point of contact for all this mess.This time i went with the bloody device and threw it on his face and demanded for a complete refund as the device and the services both were good for nothing. RAHUL tried to defense himself and said that he will call his senior and will get this checked etc. all lame excuses as usual ....after a long argument I took down the STORE MANAGER's Name and Number - ANUPAM and Cell # [protected] and also got down the number for the HEAD of activation for North delhi region. It was Saturday when Rahul made a commitement that tomorrow by 12 PM it will start working.
                                      On sunday I waited for the device to work but as expected the device was not working and then I tried calling the STORE MANAGER ANUPAM on his cell phone and to my surprise the cell number did not exist.Its hightime now that I'm being a victim of false commitments and being treated as a non valued customer. I did not pay 1800 bucks to use internet services for MERE 3 DAYS...
                                      I would request you to to help me get some kind of compensation for all the inconvinience as I should not be the one paying 900 bucks to surf internet for 3 days ...Kindly take my request into account and act appropriately.

                                      MTS Broadband (MBLAZE) — False Promise

                                      I took internet services from MTS Mblaze and ask one of their representative for Demo of connectivity and speed check.
                                      During demo everything was working great with full towers and high speed, But after taking services nothing is working, It is showing no towers at the same location.
                                      What product do they use for demonstration?

                                        Issues with my M-Blaze USB Broadband connection with the MDN : [protected]

                                        I purchased M-BLAZE on 29th of September 2010 from a person named RAVI. He provided me with the device, however the connection is not yet activated even though I have provided all the required documents to him. He collected the money in cash and he never provided me either with a receipt or any kind of acknowledgement. I called him several times to check for the status of the activation and he claims that he had submitted the required documents to the MTS backend team. He then later provided me with a number of person whom he claims to be responsible for activation in the back end team. The mobile number which he provided is [protected]. I have been in touch with this person for the last 3 days and he wanted my passport copy and a reference number of a permanent resident of Bangalore. I immediately mailed him the scanned copy of the passport and a reference of my colleague who is permanent resident here to the e-mail address deckel.[protected]@gmail.com. He informed me that he would get the connection activated at the earliest by yesterday evening. As there was no response from him or from M.T.S with regard to the activation of my connection, I called up both Ravi and the person responsible for the activation immediately. They are fooling me around stating that they can neither activate my connection nor refund the amount back to me. I have trying to get a specific answer from both of them or anyone of them however they are just taking me for a ride. I have never come across such un-professional attitude ever in my life. I would like to know from you what exactly needs to be done at this point of time either to get my money refunded or get my connection activated at the earliest. I really do not wish to continue with M.T.S anymore because of the extremely un-professional attitude of the officials and the poor service provided.

                                        I am Ganesh, working in ITPL, Bangalore. Even I am also facing the same problem. These people not at all talking like a professional. I am highly disappointed with MTS and I dont want to continue with MTS.
