There's an illegal construction going on S4/96, New mahabir Nagar, New Delhi-18, the building is very old and not in condition to construct one more floor but still the owner of second floor is not taking this seriously and has started constructing one more floor with seeking permission of the concerned authorities . it may be a big dissaster to the life of other residents of the building. So pls take an early action against the matter.

Municipal Corporation, DELHI — illegal construction
Illegal construction is rampant in pocket-D of Dilshad Garden, of course with the connivance of the JE concerned of the MCD. The constructions done without greasing the palms of the JE are demolished and the remained are just overlooked. So much so that even the sides of the internal roads of thre pocket have been encroached by the people living in the ground floors by constructing shops and chabutras in front. The result is that it is almost impossible to drive even a small car. Keeping in view that acute shortage of parking space and also the fact that almost all ground floor flats, which have front courtyard, have been converted into shops. Will the concerned municipal authorities take suitable action?
