Cure pharma, chemist and Heera Fancy store , 1833/10 Govind Puri Ext, Kalkaji New Delhi have extended their shops on the road and encroached about 6 feet. Due this traffic is blocked on the road and jam situation is arise.
Please do the needful.

MCD — NON CLEANING OF DRAIN

Respected Sir,
A drain was to be constructed from Nawada Industrial Area to Hastsal Village,a long back.
The drain was only constructed from Nawada to OM Vihar Phase-5.till 2009,but after that no further job has been done.
During rainy season,the dirty water of Nawada and other areas comes in drain up to Om Vihar Phase-5,which is the last point of drain and starts spreading in all streets of OM Vihar Phase-5.The residents of Om Vihr Phase-5 facing great hardship due to this problem.Sometimes the water enters into various Low Level Houses.
Complaints are being made regularly with MCD and othes.The JE concerned,MCD contacted and expressed his inability to provide and help till the drain work upto Hastsal completes,when requested for bringing sewerage tank and pump to collect spreaded water from streets of Om Vihar Phase-5 ('D' BLOCK ) the JE told that there is NO such Tank available in MCD (WEST ZONE ).
In view of above,I am of the opinion that if any prompt action is not taken in the matter there is every possibilty of spreading various disesses in the area.
At last,I am to mention that I shall be greatful if Senior Officers concerned are directed to visit the area and provide relief to resdients without any further delay.

there are 5-6 stray dogs in our colony and they bite anyone randomly without any reason. it is a very big problem for us as we are sometimes even afraid to even step out of the house. please send the dog squad as soon as possible.

most respectfully sir please clean the nazafgarh drainage...lot of mosquitoes are breeding...and increasing...no sprinkles are used to remove them earlier where used...and the situation was better...olease give an order to clean...it again...

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice the completely illegal construction started today in sealed house no. 27/53, Ramjas Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110005.

The said building was sealed by MCD as illegal construction was going on.

Mr. Jai Prakash Ratawal Ph. No. [protected] is brother of the local MLA and owner of this property. He has tried to break the seal on two earlier occasions also, once on 27/6/10 and again on 27/3/11.

You are requested to please stop this construction immediately so that the residents of the area are not put to any harassment because of this illegal construction.

The Sindhi Tikki shop operating from the ground floor, front portion of this building is carrying on its business without any trade license. The plan of the building owner, Mr. J.S. Ratawal is to construct the building and help the owner of the restaurant (Mr. Ashok, Ph. No. - [protected]) extend his operations in the whole area on the ground floor. This will make the area completely unsafe for the residents of the area. Besides, a huge public nuisance would definitely be created.

All the residents are completely against this illegal construction in sealed premises and there is also a high court directive that sealed premises have to be guarded by the MCD against illegal activities inside such premises.

I would like to inform you that since the last two year, some people doing unauthorized construction in the park ( B block, park no 19, G.d .colony mayur vihar pahse -3 ) land even they use to land for personal farming and they do not allow to play the child in park. He has put a lock on the gate thereby restricting the passage of residents of the area through the park. They also store bilding matrial on road for seal and purchasing cause heavy water logging and trafic jam in this area in pick hours.
Therefore, i requested to take necessary action at your end.

Sir, It is informed you that an illegal factory is running at House No.D-5, Street No.9 west Jyoti Nagar Sahadara Delhi 94.We all the residants of nearby area lodged complaint since last three years.This is a polluted factory also.The MCD officials not done any thing till to day.All the promise made by MCD official are false .They are only money maker.The local MCD person are with wrong activity by taking money from the factory owner.It is also sure that no action will be taken in future also.So please close such type of companion which is not possible by you. I would like to inform you that, i am resident of G-block, Hari Nagar New Delhi-58. I want to divert your kind attention towards the worst condition of the area near our house.There is a ground which is full of garbage. There is also an unauthorized parking in this ground where generators, buses, cars etc. are parked illegally.

During rainy season, we face a lot of problem. It become difficult to pass out from there as there is a foul smell, mosquitoes etc. I request you to either cover this area or make some paid parking or park for children to play. There is no park for old people, only one park is there which is very far from here in Janak puri. Old age people cant walk so much to reach out there. The MCD officials has not done any thing till to day.All the promise made by MCD official are false .They are only money maker. We are facing a lot of problems. The ground is on Monday market road. when ever there is a market, people face problem to come over here.

There is one more problem, our main sewage line is choked. I also request you to do the needful and send your officials to clean that sewage line as soon as possible. we don't require new sewage line, it will be sufficient if you give an order to clean this drains which are full of polythenes.

I heartly request you to take action immediately. As we are facing so much problems. I hope you will send your officials to do the needful as early as possible. Please look into the matter seriously. We have only hope from your side. As' since many years no one has resolve this issue. If you dont believe us please do surprise visit personally and see the miserable condition of the ground. I guarantee you will not able to stand here for 5 min near this ground.

It is to submit that 44 new classrooms in the new educational block at Sarvodaya Kanya Vidyalaya Naraina C-Block naraina vihar are being constructed by the PWD. A Huge GARBAGE BIN of MCD is adjacent to boundary wall of the new educational block of the school. It is not possible for the students and teachers to carry out teaching learning process in classes while the foul smell is emanating from the GARBAGE BIN, which also a breeding place for mosquitoes and other harmful insects. School authorities are not able to provide healthy and clean environment to about 3000 girls studying in this school.
In order to support nation’s Swachta Abhiyan and Beti Bachao Beti Padhao drive it is requested that the GARBAGE BIN close to this school may please be shifted to some other nearby location. So that girls in our school get healthy environment for studies.
