[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — sever over flow

I pravesh Kumar Dangwal has made a compliant regarding over flow of sever. I am residing at Q.No.9, Road No.6, Andrewzganj, New Delhi in Govt. accommodation. The sever line of our houses are blocked and sewer are getting over flowed due to which we are facing problems of sanitation and heigiene. We have meet to MCD officials/officer and made compliants at Delhi Jal Board offices and also made online complaint. Complaint ID was W00001864. In response to my online complaint, Delhi jal Board gave a phototype reply that the complaint attended and solved. But in fact, non of any employee visited the sight and cleared it. The problem is remained as same and the sever was over flowing. The reply sent by Delhi Jal Board at my E-mail is as under. Dear Pravesh Kumar Dangwal Your Complaint for For Sewer Blockage is Resolved. Sorry for your Inconvenience. Your complaint Id is W00001864We have recieved the information from DJF staff that AS REPORTED BY THE AREA JE THIS COMPLAINT HAS BEEN ATTENDED Seeing all this it seams that the online complaints made by the people are solved by Delhi Jal Board only in papers. Delhi Jal Board did not take any physical action. Moreover, they always refused to attend it just by saying that this is not under their area. I Shashi Bhushan Tiwari, Manager of M/s. The Atlas Electric Industries Pvt. Ltd. would like to inform your goodself that inspite of several Verbal complaints to the concern office at Naraina regarding over flow of sever infront of our company but regret to inform you that no body is taking care. The sever line of our Company is also blocked and sewer are getting over flowed in our factory and sever in front of our factory due to which we are facing too much problems of sanitation and heigiene. Please look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest and oblige.
