Dear Sir,
Sub :- Chocking and maintenance of Sewer line joining our house No. Om-Vihar,
61/1, Ramjas Road, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110 005, phone number 28727210.
Your sewer line joining our house is chocked and the sewer has caved in. The dirty water is back-tracking and filling our house. We had complained about this at your Faiz road office. They sent the people but they showed their inability to solve the problem as the sewer line had caved in and it was beyond their capability to repair it.
It is therefore requested that you may do the needful to take us out of this unhygienic situation. This situation is causing viral fever in our house and may cause other diseases.
An immediate solution to this problem be initiated.
