[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — unauthorized parking license alloted

dear sirs,

there seems to be a parking mafia operational in the mohan co-operative industrial estate. the parking on the streets of mohan co-operative are being charged by operators claiming it to be an MCD licensed site. this is for roads which are neither maintained or looked after by MCD..they are not metalled, there is no sewerage or drainage facility, nor any drinking water facility. then why is parking being charged..plus it is not a shopping centre etc..it is an industrial estate...soon they will be charging parking even outside residential houses!!
