[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — sewer blockage and leakage, sewer without lid

Sir, I am resident of B-27, phase-2, vijay vihar, rohini zone. This letter is to bring to your notice the recurring OVER-Flowing Manhole/Sewer in front my house and all the streets of C and D Block of vijay vihar. I request the higher officials concerned to look into the matter. In years of my stay at my current address not a single month could ever be observed with this over-flowing of the these SEWERs. But this time the situation has got worst. Many severs chambers don’t have lid making it dangerous for passerby especially children. These concerned Manholes is strategically located at the crossings, and frequently used major streets. Every time blockage occurs, we have to put bricks to gain access to our house s. Everywhere there is bad smell. It has become difficult to pass from these roads. The commissioner may kindly explain his stand point in view of the hardships being faced by the residents, as there are Hundreds of in this locality. RESIDENTS OF DIVYA JYOTI APPARTMENTS,SECTOR-19,ROHINI,DELHI ARE SUFFRING FROM ACCUTE SEWER BLOCKAGE FOR LAST ONE MONTH. WE HAVE MADE COMPLAINTS BUT OFFICIALS ARE NOT BOTHER ABOUT IT AND THEY SAY THAT MACHINES ARE NOT AVAILABLE DUE TO THE COMMONWEALTH GAMES. NOW SITUATION IS SO SERIOUS THAT DESEASES LIKE DENGU,MALARIA ETC CAN SPREAD ANY TIME BECAUSE DUE TO SEWER WATER LOGGING AROUND DRINKING WATER PIPE THE QUALITY OF WATER MAY ALSO BECOME DIRTY.SOFAR MCD HAS NOT TAKEN ANY STEP IN THIS REGARD
PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND GET OUR PROBLEM RESOLVED.

Municipal Corporation of Delhi — Sewer Blockage

I m from Shakarpur, Delhi. my address is G-53A, Aruna Park, Shakarpur, New Delhi 110092. The sewer in front of my house is overflowing since approx. 1 year. after many complaints no. 92 dt. 21/05/2010, 415 dt. 06/07/2010, 457 dt. 13/07/2010, 647 dt. 07/08/2010, 49 dt. 23/09/2010. no body is listning from the department. there is a park and a primery school around the sewer. so many problems are going on and nobody is replying seriously from the department. Please do the needful asap.

Sewer leakage — sewer leakage

I know that complaining on this site is completely USELESS but still I just thought that i will push my luck once more,
This is to inform the concerned (hopefully) authorities that the sewer line in DARIBA KALAN , CHANDNI CHOWK , DELHI-6, is LEAKING since at least 1 month and the reason is that the So CALLED CONCERNED sweepers are in the habbit of blocking the outlet pipe of the sewer line since the excreta "sometimes" contains some precious things thrown away accidentally by the users,
Even After repeated complaints to the MCD officials ,via phonecalls, The problem still persists.
I hope after reading this at least someone will Understand how it feels to sit in front of a pot smelling terribly right in the middle of the road and on top of that , the whole thiing is Blocking the entrance of your showroom.
I just hope that at least someone will take the pains and do the needfull.

respected sir,
this is to get your attention about a sever near our house.
that sewer belongs to our neighbors (3/18,ramesh nagar new delhi-110015)
the sever leaks the whole day long and it smells alot
sir please send some officier to look after this
