Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — water collected may causes malaria

Dear Concern,

i am sugandh kumar r/o 97D east moti bagh sarai rohilla delhi -110007.

there was a proper flow outside our house for rain water.

our neighbour(genious beauty parlor) made unautorised construction :
1) they closed the drain.
2) they disturbed the flow of water by cemented over road.

resulted all dirty water collected outside my house.

causes malaria, dirty surrounding and much more.

there is my kind request to make the flow proper and charge fine to my neighbour so that they are not try again.
