I reside at G-4/226-227, sector 16 ROHINI, NEW DELHI-89.In my locality, there are ten service line in back of our houses. In every service line there is three cemented poles situated, but now there is few due to build a lot of new construction in area.so there is no any type of tube light or bulb on that poles. and many time we cought theives in service line due to dark there So, at night it is very difficult for guardor persons to walk.Street lights are in a very critical situation.
I hope that you will understand our problem and take immediate actions.
