It has come into my notice for the last two months that ther have grown no. of trees on the roof of the 4-storied DDA appartments of Pocket C-1,located in Sector 17, Rohini, which is a very serious cause of concern as the tries not only cause crack in the ceiling but they allow the rain or otherwise water to leak though the hole created by those tries. I request to the Municipal Corporation of Delhi to make necessary arrangements to cut all these useless tries to save these apartments from further deterioration and thereby enhance the life of the same. Harticulture Deptt sends men to maintain the parks inside the pocket but they turn a blind eye over this problem. I have requested no of times to the RWA in this regard but they say that this is private issue and this does not come in perview of MCD. I am of the opinion that cutting of tries should get priority over maintaining of parks because when there would be no apartments left what would be the use of these parks? Kindly handle this problem so that the Government property could be preserved. Was this information helpful? |
