[Resolved]  Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — cleanliness and bribery

I am a resident of Dilshad Colony. I am fed up of the prevailing cleanliness on the streets of Dilshad Colony opposite Seemapuri DDA Quarters. The sweepers dont bother to clean the mess and the people in the neighbourhood are littering without botheration. I wonder if it is the country where the prestigious CommonWealth is being hosted.
Are the MCD officials sleeping or here also they have been bribed as in case of our neighbour who has bought the MCD officials for an illegal construction and litterin all-around.
