SUB: COMPLAINT AGAINST A LOCAL BUILDER NAMELY SH. SHAMSHER SINGH @ SHAMMI WHO IS CARRYING ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION ON PROPERTY BEARING KHASRA NO. 507, DEVLI VILLAGE, NEW DELHI THEREBY ENDANGERING HUMAN LIFE/LIMB AND PROPERTY.
Dear Sir,
By the present letter the undersigned is bringing to your kind knowledge illegal/unauthorised construction going on in full swing within your jurisdiction/area on the property admeasuring around 1000 sq. ft, falling within Khasra No. 507, Devli Village, New Delhi. Sh. Shamsher Singh @ Shammi is the owner of the property, who is also a builder and is carrying out illegal/unauthorised construction on the aforesaid property in clear violation of the Building Bye Laws applicable in the area.
The undersigned by way of this letter is bringing to your kind knowledge that Sh. Shamsher Singh @ Shammi in total contravention of provisions of Building Bye Laws is constructing multi story building with basement covering area of 1000 sq. ft., for commercial purposes, which is otherwise not permissible as per the building bye laws. It is pertinent to mention that the road & sewer could not take burden of building carried out by the aforesaid named owner/builder could not bear the load of such a Huge building, further more the building material is lying on road and is causing inconvenience/problems to the passerby. It is also pertinent to mention that low quality building material is being used for the construction, which may result into down fall of the building like a palace of cards. The illegal construction is going on in full swing on the verge of the Bandh as such the building carried out on the verge of the Bandh (soft soil/land) could not take burden of the building. It is not out of place to mention because of the low quality material used in the building, it may collapse (like the building collapsed in Laxmi Nagar) and can cause endanger to human life and property.
Therefore, in the interest of public at large it is requested to your kind office to look into the matter and take immediate appropriate action against the persons involved in illegal/unauthorised construction.
