Dear Sir,

This is to bring in to your kind notice that Mr. Tejpal who is the owner of E-2/55, Group-6, Sector-11, Rohini, Delhi 110085 has constructed two additional floors on DDA LIG Flats. And the height of the top floor is beyond the permissible limit. This is very dangerous as per the safety purposes of the local residents. So this is our humble request to MCD department to take a necessary action and demolish the top floor of the above mentioned residence in interest of the local residents.

MCD and DDA — illegal and unauthorised constrction

Respected Sir/Madam
I want to draw your attention towards the subject cited above.Resident of Flat no 702 (II Floor)LIG Flats,HASTSAL near Uttam Nagar New Delhi 10059,has encroched whole roof and creatting concrete strcture to encroched the whole roof.
I lodged a complaint at no 100 but they refused to entertain as according to them it comes in the perview of MCD and DDA.
So kindly look into the matter and stop the constrction otherwise other will follow the same route and mushroom like illegal strctures will become intractable.
Hoping for immediate action.
