Sir,
Hectic building activity is in full swing on the terrace floors on plots No.19, 21, 24 and 12-13, Block J, Dilshad Colony, Delhi-110095, seriously endangering the lives and property of other flat owners in those BUILDER CONSTRUCTED PROPERTIES structures, all of which are builder properties hardly having strength to sustain the existing load of structure in those properties. It would be relevant to state that there are almost 12 to 18 flats in each of those properties and the additional burden of another floor – that too when the building material used in the existing building is not of good quality – is bound to result in caving in of the entire structure without even any earthquake in the dangerous seismic zone of Delhi.
Without prejudice to the above facts, even otherwise, the unauthorized structures are without any sanctioned building plan and are also without obtaining any structural safety certificate or observing such measures while indulging in such acts.
Immediate action is solicited in the matter to prevent loss of lives and property of other flat owners.
