Re: Complaint regarding garbage and water accumulation for Mosquitoes breeding

This is to bring to your notice that i am the law abiding citizen of Delhi and a tax payer residing at B-332/B, Sangam Vihar New Delhi and a tax payer and have deep roots in the society. i have been living with my family at the above mentioned address with clean and hygienic environment around my premises.
Mr. Ram Sujan, resident of B-321/B, Sangam Vihar, New Delhi who is living near my house, has recently raised illegal construction at his premises and left a huge gap in front of his house for collection of water and garbage. almost on every day, the waster water and the garbage is being accumulated in the said gap leading thereby the mosquitoes to grow and develop. it is quite likely that with the mosquitoes breeding in the said gap may lead to the outbreak of Malaria and other epidemic diseases. i had requested Mr. Ram Sujan number of times but the said request has turned a deaf ear to him. the space around my house is becoming a major serious health hazard for all the other residents in the colony. you can ispect the site and see yourself that this area has become a mosquitoes reservoir.
i, therefore, request you to take stric action against the said Mr. Ram Sujan and direct him to fill up this gap with soil and to stop collection water and garbage in this area failing which i shall be constrained to bring this matter to the notice of higher authorities.
