Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Sewer blockage at the back of the home

Sir, This is to inform you that !,Sadhna Thakur resident of I-77 kirti nagar new delhi 110015 is facing severe blockage issue from past 1 month.All the pipelines are blocked. The dirty water is not going out the house due to which the kitchen, washroom are in a terrible condition.We have called Zonal Engineer many a times No one is taking responsibility neither helping us in this matter.There are 100% chances of water borne diseases. We have small kids at our home too. Finally we are appealing here.There is blockage in our neighbourhood too.Please find the attached pictures. Kindly look into the matter asap.
