[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — not received of ration card

It is to inform that I have submitted my Ration Card No.APL54260804 for deletion of name of my Mother in law, in Narela food and supply office on 25.8.2009, but till date your deptt. has not issued new Ration Card inspite my several requests. Daily they ask me to come after 7-15 days. The behaviour of the staff is very rude.
You are requested to look into the matter personally as the matter has already delayed.

It is to inform that I have submitted my Ration Card Acknowledgement No[protected] trc Circle NO 15 for old to new ration card, in Lok Vihar food and supply office on 31.10.2009, but till date your deptt. has not issued new Ration Card inspite my several requests. Daily they ask me to come after 7-15 days. The behaviour of the staff is very rude.Now today 12/09/2011, i went to the of in Lok Vihar so they told me all the ration card has been delivered to all the people, so plz, , help me out of this problem
