Ihad been asked to contact for redressal with your department in their letter .

Matter is that, I had initally given a complaint on dated 29/9/2010 regarding the toilet sever line leakage of the second floor premises flooding into my First floor permises at C-5/1, First Floor, Rana Pratap Bagh, Delhi-110007

Since many months I'm suffering from this problem, the toilet water of the second floor leaks in huge quantity within my house study room & even after many requests the people of the second floor dose not solve my problem. So sir, please help me Urgently to over come this in justice, because it has become very , very difficult to stay here.

I am Ms. Asha, A Vaastu consultant who is the Ownwr of this floor from last 3 years and had purchased this floor from the second floor owners mr. Yogesh sharma & mr. anup sharma. my complaint is agianst Mr. Anup Sharma who is causing me severe torture. So Sir Please help me urgently.

MCD — leakage of water

hello sir i am mmahender singh
i live in sagar pur
and by the mean of this i want to draw your attention towards my problem .
my neighbor water tank pipe line is leaking continuously and because of that my whole wall of that side is full of water even we had remove our electricity wiring because current is leaking i informed them many times but the are not taking any positive action towards it .

pls fix this problem as soon as possible i am enclosing few pictures as well hope will get idea from that .

Leakage from Neighbour house causing damage in my house

I have living in k12 2nd Floor block k khirki extension Malviyanagar, New Delhi from 3 yrs on rent baisis.There is a continue leakage from 3 yrs on our upper 3rd Floor left door .We have complaint so many time to Previous owner but he did not listen to us and now the new owner Mr Javed also not resolving the issue.The leakage is getting bigger and bigger and it is very difficult to us.We have complaint to Mr Javed many time he give assurance that he will resolve but yet there is no resolution for the same. We calling him daily but he is not picking out calls.
