Sub: Sweeper charging money per month for cleaning the garbage.

It is informed that the alleged Sweeper name Mr. Bablu, an employee of MCD who comes in Street opposite to ESI Hospital, Pocket-1,Pashchimpuri, New Delhi-110063 is charging money to collect the garbage from the street by every home @ rs. 40 p.m.. He has now announce to increase the charges to Rs 50 p.m. from Hune 2011.

It he authorize to charge the money, being an employee of MCD?
