there was a place in C1, Janak Puri used as dust bin but now some persons had encroched that place and a shop has been opened as KD car accessories. There is nobody to check

I would like to write that a space right next to a Shiv Mandir being opposite the MCD office in Rajouri Garden is under construction in garb of a fancy tent cloth covering to avoid any detection of any kind. The place is on a turn at Vishal Market Tagore Garden Extention, very near to Rajouri Garden Police Station and MCD office. Vehicle movement is very congested as only one vehicle can move at one time, thus blocking way for movement. This has made a mockery of all laws governing illegal contruction.
The total DDA land area encroached is 40 sq. yard. In back of this they were using as Car Parking. They built a full fledged room.
This is my 2nd reminder as no action is been taken yet for my 1st complaint.

In our colony Mukherjee Park Extension, Mr. Suri is doing his business freely at home.
He is loading and uploading ironsheets at his home. Childeren cannot play in the street. Every time Rischsaw are standing in the street. Kindly do the needful

I am residence of Anand Niketan "C" I want to compliant regarding encroachment in lane on turn House no Mr Gupta D-145. The street is 20 feets wide, but it is totally blocked and lefts approx. 15 feets which is very less to even move For 2 cars at a time. Its been very diffcult to make a turn a car there and so many accident took place there . Please take necessary action immediately to live us a in a freely atmosphere.

We would like to bring to your notice that the Shop No 11(WZ 21) PHOOL BAGH, ADJOINING ASHOK PARK METRO STATION LIFT ON RAMPURA TURN AT ROHTAK ROAD, DELHI 110035 have encroached the road in front of their SHOP with huge Tirpal, Counter, Tandoor and Hand wash water tank, which has led to the shortening of the space available for parking and public movements.

THERE HAS BEEN ILLIGAL CONSTRUCTIONS GOING ON IN AD-BLOCK, POWER APPARTMENTS, PITAM PURA, DELHI88. OWNER OF 2nd FLOOR ARE ILLIGALLY CONSTRUCTING 3rd FLOOR WITHOUT ANY APPROVAL OF ANY AUTHORITY. THIS IS A VERY SERIOUS THREAT LIKE LALITA NAGAR MENACE. PLEASE TAKE A NOTE OF THIS

Sir,

The owner of House No. WZ 35A, Mr. Bhajan Lal, has encroached the plot adjacent to his house where he has built some rooms and has given the rooms on rent. We had complained to MCD for demolishing the entire rooms and hand over the land to MCD.

Till date no action has been taken by MCD.

Hope authorities will look into the matter and demolish all the rooms constructed on the encroached land.

The land lying at RZD3 block gali.no 9, Mahavir Envlave, Near Nasirpur Subji Mandi has become the dumping yard of Garbage. The Builders who are constructing the house in Mahavir Enclave and Subji mandi shopkeepers are dumping the garbage due to the broken wall towards gali. No. 9. The garbage is in that quantity that it is stinking and inviting Epedimic. The residence of Gali No.9 are living in hell as there are cases of cholera, dengue and chikangunea. it is requested that broken wall towards gali no. 9 may be repaired immediately.

Encroachment in MCD park in Pocket-H dilshad garden : We are the residents of H Pocket dilshad garden
.we want to file a complaint to the concerned authority regarding the encroachment taking place in the
park (Near BSES office) and the adjacent area by the people of Sai chowk. the complaints had been lodged to MCD department and the complaint no. 4182 is dated on 13/10/2011, also we have lodged a complaint to Seema puri police station on date 13/10/11 on which building works had been stopped by the police.we would like to bring this into your notice that on every Thursday night a huge prayer takes place and because of this UN-identified peoples roam around the area and possibility of theft cannot be ignored.
residential families around the park are facing huge eve-teasing and snatching.
motive behind this encroachment and prayer is to build a temple for raising funds.
Please look into the matter as the people are not only doing encroachment in park space but also manipulating the green land and trees in the park according to their needs.
the residents talk it like that the common park is their personnel property and they are the owner of it.
they have closed all the ways to reach the park and moreover they are doing cementing
on the greenland. Earning their bread and butter
On 19/10/011 at 2:00 pm Mr Pradeep kumar (supervisor) done with the staff Mr. Prakash Kumar had visited on complaint No. 4182 had seen the disputed area (MCD Park) in H-pocket and
confirmed the Encroachment and will report to J.E (Mr, V.K Gupta).But no further step has been taken.

Sub – Huge Encroachmnent on Govt land by a Land Mafia.

Respected sir,
I wish to bring your kind notice that one Mr. M.P.Bhati resident of 995/38 DDA FLATS KALKAJI has encroached 500sq. yd Govt. land allotted for GARBAGE BIN & DDA PARK, after having procured all the land. He has constructed four floors on that portion & is running commercial activity of making Sweets and is also running a commercial Ice-Cream Godown on the ground floor of this encroached land

He claims himself to be a powerful politician(which he is not) Since he is a land mafia I dare not come in open & complaint against his theft, that is why I am sending this letter.
I request you to kindly inspect the place & see the vulnerable condition of this encroached building. Kindly free us from this havoc by demolishing this construction & restoring it to its actual allotted position.

An early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.

This is to state the encroachment complaint in Rameshwar Nagar, Azadpur, Gali No. 6, Main road from Queen Marry School to Mukundpur Azadpur Road
Rameshwar nagar is a residential area and Over a period a group of mechanics have emerged on the road for Two wheelers, Car Repair, Car Denting and Painting, Car AC Repair, Tyre puncure shop etc.
The shops park cars and two wheelers on both sides of the road and Their presense create immense problem to the crossing vehicles and passerby’s as it is extremely busy road to queen Marry School, Srijan School, G D Goenka School and DAV Public School. Their vehicles are permanently parked on the road which does not let the road sides get cleaned up for months.
And the road remains blocked with Bricks, broken Concrete, dirt etc,
Request to take an immediate action to control the situation, and to relocate the mechanics from the road.

Severe Water mixing with water line.

Sever Water mixing with water line at Govind puri Gali No. 13 House No.1602-A from last 15 days. We are obtaining a bad quality water and also it would impact on our health. Kindly help...
