Dear Sir,
I am a resident of 104, santnagar, East of kailash, New Delhi-110065. Recently builder had built G+3 floors on this plot.
All he had sold to different people. Now he has also sold the terrace of the building to a different guy. This guy has started construction on the terrace i.e construction of 4th floor.
Is it valid ???
Since MCD has not given the permission of building 4th on any plot in Delhi area then how anyone can build 4th floor.
It is a crime and should be treated in that way only.
I hope you will do the justice against my complaint.

This is compliant you that the some members of Malwani Amira CHS Ltd, who have occupied Flat No.101/A, 104/B and other who have unauthorisely altered the original structure of the building externally (Both side terrace at 1st floor) Or internally violating the rules and regulations of MCGM (Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai / MHADA (Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority / said Society. It is causing very much inconvenience to my family as the garbage thrown by the occupants of flats on 3rd to 7th floor, get accumulated on the shed constructed unauthorisely with the help of channel angels and cement sheets, 10 fit wall also constructed on 1st floor terrace. The foul smell emerging from the accumulated filth is very much unhygienic to human health which may cause life costing disease like Malaria, Dengue etc.
Due to this reason Mumbai had faced many serious accidents which neither be forgettable nor be paid in full. As a human being and a loyal citizen of India, it is a responsibility of everyone to respect and protect the rules and regulations of the government of India / Maharashtra at every stage of life.
Above fact is already brought to the notice of MCGM, MHADA and said society. The Dy. Chief Officer, MHADA, Mumbai has issued a letter to said society for taking action against the defaulters but said society as well as MCGM authorizes has not yet taken any action in this regard.
You are therefore requested to issue necessary instruction to MCGM and MHADA (Maharashtra Govt.) authorities to take necessary and prompt action against the defaulters to restore the building structure as per the plan approved by MCGM authorities.
A prompt and proper action will be appreciated.
