Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — unauthorized construction

I'm facing a lot of suffering, due to an illegal construction at the ground floor of DDA housing My house no is 25-B, Pocket A, Siddhartha Extention, ND 110014 near bala sahib gurudwara. Because of this unauthorized construction, we at the 1st floor face many security as well as sanitation problems. This area is a perfect location for the breeding of mosquitoes and this leading to the spread of various diseases. After complaining to DDA sum years ago nothing has been done, no action has been taken so far in order to either demolish or even look into this matter. Also many valuables have been stolen from our house due to the easy access for robbers, from this illegal construction. The senior citizen who had constructed this illegal room threatens us with dire consequences, if we report this matter to anyone. Please someone do look into this matter!!!

Mr. Sewak Singh & his brothers are making illegal construction as base of building is not so strong at 3B/7, Single Storey, Back Side, Ramesh Nagar-110015. They have not taken any permission from MCD Zonal or nor any Map approval.

I request you to take necessary action on time.

Unauthoised construction is going on at property No. 395, Chirag Delhi New Delhi-17 for the last two months. I wrote number of letter to Dy. Commissioner (South Zone) Green park but no action has been taken so far. It is pertinent to mention here that this construction is without prior sanction plan from MCD. JE IS PROTECTING THIS UNAUTHRIZED CONSTRUCTION. FIR AGAINST JE SHOULD BE REGISTERED FOR NEGLIGENCY IN DUTY

ramesh Nagar is full o[censored]nauthorised construction, if you walk the roads in double storey area on rainy days, you do not have to worry about rain falling on you as people have extended their flats over the road, however wear helmet as anyday they might fall on your head, 2nd floor, 3rd floor its blatant violation of the norms, god knows who is authorising and approving these constructions. Maybe authorities will wake up when there is some mishap.

I Would like to register my complaint , I am a resident of SFS Flats, Mayur Vihar, Phase-III, Delhi-96. In the same locality, flat no-52A, Pocket-A, SFS Flats, Mayur Vihar Phase-III, some unauthorized construction works in process. They are clubbing the outside area of the flat into the flat, which is not legal.


The outside areas of any flat were considered as Govt. Land and no one is authorized to construct it. In this un-authorized construction work, some Govt. Employees/workers are involved, that’s why this type o[censored]n-authorized and illegal construction is going on. Due to this construction work, every resident of this locality facing inconvenient.


Here, I am requesting you, kindly take necessary and strict action against the flat owner and the Govt. Employees/ workers, who are involve in this. Please take strict action to the culprit.


I am a common person and I hope you will consider my request and take action in this regard as early as possible.
